The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. All queries were responded to immediately and viewings were conducted sensitively. The whole process was smooth and achieved the results we wanted.

Adam and the staff have been so helpful and professional helping me throughout the process which I was dreading. They arranged viewings one Saturday and only 3 days later had a firm offer which I accepted and within 3 months contracts have been exchanged. Not only have the staff there dealt with selling my property but also helped me with correspondence from my solicitor and printing e.mails and forms which I am unable to do myself. I am so pleased with Putterills and would highly recommend them.

My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. The house was sold very quickly and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend Martin and Co for a first class service.
19th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)On numerous occasions I have returned their calls. They in return say they will call back ? So I call back, next time they are still at lunch 2pm. They promise to pass on that I am trying to return their calls. Nothing happens ?<br>They have very poor communication skills both with landlords and renters. I am just in the middle, and seldom hear back.<br>In the end for years ( 16 ) to be precise I have put up with freezing cold winds coming through my bathroom window, and they promised to speak to the landlord, over and over again. It was not before I held some of my rent money back I got a reaction, and 6 months later on, I eventually got a new window. Now I am fight for the next ones.<br>Meanwhile rent goes up. Maybe we have a public tribunal on our hands ? Out of the three different estates agents, this property has been rented out by, Leaders are the worse by far.

14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Ensum Brown, and in particular, Gabriella, have been simply outstanding.<br><br>From arrangement of the first viewing, meeting Gabriella and viewing the property, through to arranging the tenancy, all the queries that came up in the interim and then moving day and beyond, the level of service has been exceptional.<br><br>Gabriella has always responded fully and clearly to all our questions (in a very timely fashion) and has supported us with each step of the process. Now that we’re moved in and had something further to query, once again the responsiveness and support have been great.<br><br>I have rented homes in a number of countries and had to deal with a good number of agents over the years. This has been by far the best experience.<br><br>Well done to the Ensum Brown team on setting such a strong example of how the industry should operate and once again well done and thank you to Gabriella.

18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We arrived to this house purchase jaded by our experiences of trying to buy and sell over the previous year. Wellington Evans were the agent of the house we were buying and treated us with honesty, transparency and respect throughout the entire process. It was a breath of fresh air when compared to our experiences of more ‘traditional’ agents. Each step of the process was explained to us and we were supported right through to completion day itself. I cannot imagine how much smoother the process would have been if we had sold and bought from Wellington Evans initially. But, we are in and settled and wish to express our thanks to James and his team for their efforts throughout.
