From the initial visit by Peter Gold to completion the team of Peter, Joe and Pete were always available and responsive and gave good advice throughout. They also recommended an excellent solicitor to handle the sale which really helped smooth the process. Highly recommended.

22nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

We had initially called them regarding another property but Lauren was extremely enthusiastic about our needs and preferences and suggested some more properties that would be more suitable for us. We ended up going with one of those properties recommended by her and love it so far. Megan was super helpful in sorting out all the paperwork and getting the contract ready. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. She explained the terms of the contract very clearly and we are very happy with the experience thus far! She was also always available to answer any questions we had at all times. I really appreciated their suggestions and positive attitude throughout the process. Highly recommend Abbotts! :)

8th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)When I moved in originally I gave a 5* review. Once they had my money they stopped communicating, wouldn’t do the things they said they would, passed blame around and never took accountability, did not follow their own policies when it came to repairs. It got to the point where we had to threaten legal action if they did not get the repairs done. Our landlord failed to provide enough keys and so we were told we had to pay to make copies ourselves. We had many issues with the property and Tucker Gardner was no help. They lied to us prior to signing the lease and went back on promises they had made. It has been over a month since we moved out and we still have not received our deposit. Communication is terrible at Tucker Gardner. I am truly disappointed that what started out as a great relationship quickly turned sour. Our landlord also had his own struggles with them not providing the services he was paying for. Don’t work with TG Lettings, they’re dishonest and they don’t care once they have your money.
15th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Arranged to see a bungalow for my mum and dad last week and the team went out of the way, to sort everything out quickly and efficiently as they knew our situation. Andrew, met us and showed us around the property. Both myself and my partner thought he was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, informative, knew about the bungalow, the owner, the area AND the neighbours/planning etc. He was super polite and super friendly. He also offered many solutions and suggestions to issues with the property etc. Even my hard to please Mum (80yrs old, still scary) told me he was the best Estate Agent she'd experienced! Enough said really!
20th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Intercounty dealt with our sale and purchase professionally and with a smile despite some setbacks that might have daunted other estate agents. They were very good at dealing with all the various parties involved - and keeping us in the loop. All the staff I dealt with were polite, efficient and knowledgable.
15th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We decided to use Sharman Quinney to sell our apartment in November 2024, however our experience was very disappointing, and not reflective of the positive reviews we had previously seen. It took them 15 days to get our advert up on Rightmove once photographs had been taken. Despite being promised our advert would be uploaded before Christmas, it was not uploaded until after Boxing Day. It included several mistakes (things we were not made aware of before it went live). We chased this numerous times, and although some issues were fixed, various issues with the advert still remained. After a month of no viewings and an advert that was never fully corrected, we cancelled our contract with them altogether (at no cost). We then decided to go with a private estate agent who uploaded our advert within 48 hours of photographs. The advert was exactly how we wanted it, and an offer was made on our first viewing, the day after it was put on Rightmove! We are now in our new house and so happy we made the decision to leave SQ. Everything happens for a reason I guess.

And she found us our perfect home. A real credit to the company that goes above and beyond to help her client’s.- 12th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Update: I have just completed my move and need to add that the effort that the team put in (Especially Lesley) went above and beyond expectations. Without her constant pushing and keeping everyone in the chain updated I don't think I would be in my house today, they are amazing. So thank you Connells! Always great service when using Connells, helpful and friendly staff, always kept up to date and just generally very happy with with the overall experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, she helped me secure the ideal flat in the right location, at the right price, and without any stress. This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

I was impressed by their collaborative approach, great communication and consistent responsiveness. The initial consultation/valuation was informative and honest, the viewing/offer process was seamless (using the Street app) and the agents remained engaged and proactive during the legal process. Everyone in the EH team is approachable and I appreciated in particular the productive and professional interactions with Ronnie, Rikki and Elliot.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
