From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. Responses were very slow, with little information provided and overall the experience felt quite disinterested. 30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was a tenant with Chas Lowe over the last 10 years, having only just recently moved from East Barnet. The landlord-tenant experience has been excellent throughout. All issues or concerns, whether small or large, were dealt with promptly and with understanding. Basic but fundamentally important issues like an annual gas safety check happened seamlessly and, similarly, when there was an electrical concern, with a faulty plug socket, for example, this was dealt with timeously and professionally. Roger was the key agent during the tenancy and he deserves enormous praise for his approachable, honest and helpful communication at all points. The tenancy was in a block of flats managed by Chas Lowe and, again, when issues arose these were always attended to promptly. In fact, on one ocassion, the security light bulb was replaced within two hours of reporting it - thanks, Lorna! Five stars from me all around.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

2nd Jun 2026 (22 days ago)We recently completed the sale of our family home through Wellington Evans and I’m genuinely delighted with the service we received from Nick Wellington and the wider team. Ours was a complex transaction involving difficult negotiations and plenty of emotional pressure at times, but Nick handled the entire process with professionalism, calmness and excellent judgement throughout. He played a pivotal role in achieving a fantastic sale price for our property and keeping the transaction moving when several points could easily have stalled. His communication was excellent and he managed both the commercial and human side of the process extremely well. The back-office team also deserve huge credit — responsive, organised and always helpful. Having now completed and moved into our new home, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Nick and the team at Wellington Evans.
