19th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

Halfway through the sale, a pipe burst and the property flooded, creating a major setback. The team did an outstanding job of keeping everything on track, communicating effectively with all parties, and ensuring the sale progressed smoothly through to completion. Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!

What was an extremely stressful situation was made significantly easier by our experience with Kings Group, and in particular Rosy O’Brien. Rosy was professional, efficient, and consistently supportive throughout the process. Beyond that, she brought a genuinely human approach to what could easily have been an impersonal transaction, taking the time to understand our situation and act with care and consideration. We are very grateful for her help during a difficult time.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.
