14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)From the first meeting with Lucy, when she came to value our property, I knew we were on the same wavelength.<br>It wasn't an easy sale for a variety of reasons, but all the way through, until completion and beyond, the whole team were supportive, helpful, friendly and very professional.<br>Read their brochure and compare it to other agents.<br>Most agents are we, we, we.<br>Putterills is you, you, you.<br>As a buyer or a seller they are there for their clients, first and foremost, and I thank them all for their help.
8th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)I would use these agents again definitely. From viewing to check-in to check-out I am pleased with the agents. Especially Debbie, who did the checks during our tenancy, her communication, knowledge and action was 1st class. The paperwork process initially was clear and simple. We reported faults and they were acted upon with expediency. When the in home checks were carried out Debbie made me feel comfortable whilst identifying or pointing out issues and solutions. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Seems like a lovely company to work with based on my experience, we rented via Oliver Minton for 15months. I would recommend highly.
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)1 star. I used Lane and Bennett to let and manage my property and would not use them again.<br><br>Communication was the first problem. I was constantly chasing them for updates and rarely got them without pushing. When they found new tenants I had to chase repeatedly just to find out whether the tenant had actually moved in. Getting hold of them by phone was a job in itself, as calls frequently went unanswered.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy there was a steady stream of maintenance issues, and on nearly every one I was steered towards their own contractors rather than being given a genuine choice. Tiles were cracked and it took repeated chasing over a long period before I was reimbursed.<br><br>The handover back to me was the worst of it. The property was returned filthy. The garden was unkept, the front driveway was unkept, there were burn marks in the carpets, the carpets had not been cleaned, and furniture was damaged. I had been charged for an inventory, yet none of this was properly recorded in it. An inventory that fails to capture obvious damage offers a landlord no protection at all.<br><br>The overall experience was of an agent that collected its fees, did not keep me informed, did not look after the property, and did not act in the landlord's interest. If you are a landlord considering them, be prepared to get your property back in a materially worse condition than you handed it over, and to do most of the chasing yourself.

Adam and Trudie were absolutely brilliant and did a great job helping me find my perfect home.<br><br>They were both super friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always keeping me updated and making everything feel as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>A massive thank you to Adam, Trudie and the Frost’s team for all their help and support. I’m so happy with my new home and would definitely recommend them!

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!
2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I would like to start my review by talking about the new law that came into effect this year, " the renters rights act", so many Landlords have sold their properties due to this law. I had an estate agent last year. The agents were great at the start but, once they received the payment for their services it seemed as if I was no longer of importance to them and as such would not hear from them promptly with any concerns I had regarding the new laws. I needed to know how the new law affected my current tenants and any potential tenants I may have.<br><br>I have had a HMO rental for the last 12 yrs, every year I've had to keep changing agents due to the lack of proactiveness. They are great until they've been paid and then its tumbleweeds.<br><br>I engaged an agent that specifically deals with HMOs, the agent that I hired had started the vetting process. Six weeks before the tenancy started they said that they were not going to continue, at this point I was doubtful I would find anyone to help. It was at this point that I contacted Angela from Mather Marshall, she assured me that everything could be done in time and passed me onto Hayley and I must say they have been superb all the way through. They have been constantly in contact with me, have been professional and informative and have gone above and beyond to help me through these unsettling times. They have assured my tenants and to be honest made the process as stress free as possible for all concerned. I would highly recommend them.

The team were friendly, approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with, and they were always accessible whenever we needed assistance or clarification.<br><br>A special thank you to James and Greg, our sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Communication and follow-up made the transaction much easier and gave us confidence that things were progressing as they should.<br><br>We particularly appreciated the team's regular follow-ups and proactive communication. They were always willing to help and kept the process moving, which made what can otherwise be a stressful property transaction considerably more manageable.<br><br>The only minor area where I felt there could have been an improvement was at the point of completion. Although we were provided with the keys, it would have been even better if a member of the team had accompanied us to the property and walked us through the house. 18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
