3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

26th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)I have bought two properties through Mather Estates, and the lettings side of the business manage one of my properties. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Everything is seamless with them and they tick all the correct legal boxes. As a landlord, I have peace of mind with no aggravation. Emilee in particular stands out as someone who is motivated and on top of every situation. A pleasure to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend Mather Estates as they are very professional and down to earth. The service is of a very high standard indeed. No nonsense and no gimmicks. A well deserved five stars from me.

But with Wright’s, I had my own flat within two weeks. They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. 7th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Really poor service with this agent. We have been letting a flat through them and paid for full management service. Little did we know about it as it looks like no 'management' service was every provided past the sign of a contract. They didn't check anything with the tenant during their tenancy period, so they moved out without giving any notice or doing inventory, or providing the meter reading. We have lost out on a month rent. Have been chasing them for money owed to us since August 2023! But the woman there is doing everything possible to avoid calls, never replies to emails unless chased on a daily basis. Keep coming up with excuses why she can't return the money. She clearly knew the process and did not start the money recovering process until 2.5 months later when we stopped being nice and started demanding. As a client you don't have to be chasing the service provider. They seem to have a different view. Do not use them for property management unless you have cash to waste.

They were honest, incredibly helpful and went the extra mile at every step. They were by far the best part of the entire process and our only regret is that we didn’t use them to sell our old property! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
2nd Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Generally very pleasant to deal with. Had to correct a few mistakes they made with the listing which surprised me. Also they initially had to be pushed to progress the sale. However the team were polite, informed me on progress when it was made and generally I was pleased with the overall experience. I was also slightly surprised that they require an up-front payment of £300 for photos that you only get back if they complete the sale. This was in contrast to all other agents.

Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!

At no point did I not think he wouldn’t do what was right by me and also the buyer. His knowledge of the market and legal matters were particularly helpful too. James really cares about his clients and this is invaluable when going through something as big and often as stressful as trying to sell or buy a house.
