31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)From start to finish, faultless service from Jon and his team.<br>Jon was the only agent (of three) to arrive at the valuation with 'homework' - research about the area, recent sales, currently on the market etc. He even knew who had built the house ...<br>Small and local definitely won the day !

1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

All one can do is try to mitigate the stress which comes mainly from the sale of property. Key to this is recruiting an agent that is honest, realistic and helpful, a company that understands the need to plan and will give you an assessment of your property and situation that enables you to do just that.<br>Bagshaws Ashbourne branch did so for me, which resulted in a prompt sale. Inevitably, problems did arise but they were resolved in a professional manner. Their local knowledge and communication skills proved invaluable and resulted in a transaction that satisfied the parties involved.<br>I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering either buying or selling a property.
