22nd May 2026 (21 days ago)I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and wasting your time.

At the beginning, he gave me a second opinion and explained every steps what we have to go through. He could offer all round information and told me what options do we have. That’s why I chose him with us. Although we targeted a property from another estate agent later on, but he worked professionally and guided us to complete the purchase.
- 28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Katie Craddock was brilliant! She is always on hand to answer any questions and as first time buyers we felt this is vital to a smooth purchase. By far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agents when looking for our first home. Katie showed us round the house we eventually placed an offer on. She gave us every piece of information we requested when we requested it whilst also taking the time to ask about our situation. Katie did such a great job and we will be recommending Edward Mellor to all our friends who are looking for their first homes.
24th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

Alex was very helpful and great to deal with, replying to my emails within minutes. He kept me updated and assured me every step of the way, even chasing up solicitors when needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Alex!

They a deliver a tremendous service and in particular this is clear that the level of service is showcased by Dan the manager. We have experienced other agents in Bramhall e.g. Mosley Jarman and they would definitely benefit from replicating the level of service that Dan & the team deliver

Sarah Connolly was my agent, and from the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She quickly found a buyer with no chain, and the whole sale was completed in around six weeks. Natalie in the office was also fantastic to deal with. She kept me updated throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went through smoothly without any issues. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience straightforward and hassle-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.
