From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been perferctly coordinated, communicated and executed. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you, Carter Jonas professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.<br><br>I would like to personally thank Jenna Bugler, for prompt responce, progress with requests, viewings, documentation and backgroungs checks help. We had the most difficult case of financial checks approach for Ukrainian refugees that escaped from the war zone, and Jennas approach was quick, professional and very helpful. I am very thankful for all effort, help and willingness to go an extra mile with their customers.<br><br>We also have Billy who is looking after us and helping with any issues that sometimes appeat in the house. I cannot thank her enough for coordinating and finding right people in the short period of time to deal with any type of emergencies or issues.<br><br>Thank you team!
28th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Callaghans has been the best choice for selling a house. From the outset, they provided a realistic sales price, and not an inflated figure to try to secure the business. Their fees were also clearly explained and reasonable. I was given good advice for free about some minor pre-sale improvements which could be made, which were done - all before I'd even engaged Callaghans. The feeling I could trust them was really important to me, and it proved well founded. They kept me informed every step of the way, from arranging viewings to occasionally having to relay news of cancellations (important to know about still), and then on to the exciting bit of guiding an offer through to completion. Friendly, courteous, helpful, organised, efficient - Callaghans are all of these. Thanks to all of the team, but especially Sean, Ian, and Carole. Most of my contact was with Carole, who is brilliant. Callaghans = exceptional.

22nd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and wasting your time.

He was professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. He made the whole process simple and stress-free. I really appreciated his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor!

24th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We used this company when selling our house, and having previously dealt with other estate agents, the positive experience we had with Wilson was even more noticeable.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions straight away. They gave us a realistic valuation of our property, unlike some other agents who deliberately overvalue a house to win your business and then gradually reduce the price.<br><br>They also think of everything. From the quality of the photographs and the property description to providing useful information about the local area, they clearly put a lot of thought into how to present your property in the best possible way.<br><br>Our buyer’s solicitor was unfortunately very slow, which could easily have made the whole process extremely stressful and drawn-out. The Wilson team took the initiative, helped organise the negotiations and kept things moving. Thanks to them, the sale was completed much more quickly than it otherwise might have been.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Selling a house can be a very stressful and complicated process, but with Wilson we felt that we could trust them to deal with things and keep us informed throughout.<br><br>It’s no surprise that we are seeing more and more Wilson boards around the area. They have earned their reputation. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their property.
23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)John Woodhall came to value the property and was very friendly yet professional. Once we instructed him the wheels were set in motion. The photos were taken and the house put on the market within days of his visit . Communication was good with his office regarding the viewings. We were so pleased to get an offer with just being on the market for about 3 weeks. At the moment we are getting on with the sale and so far so good. I would definitely recommend Woodhalls estate agents, their service including the photographers has been amazing.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)An outstanding selling experience with Reside Stockport and Jordana.<br><br>As my BTL property was being sold while tenants were preparing to move out, it was important to me they were treated with the same respect and consideration as everyone else involved in the transaction. From our very first conversation, it was obvious that Jordana understood that and before I'd even explained how much it mattered to me, she had already demonstrated a genuine understanding of their situation and even going out of her way to help them as well, which immediately distinguished her from other agents I'd spoken to.<br><br>The property achieved the asking price within a week, thanks to Jordana's proactive approach. Before I even had a chance to worry about how the sale would progress, viewings were being arranged and offers were coming in. What really stood out, however, was Jordana's commitment throughout the months that followed. The sale encountered its fair share of unexpected complications, setbacks, and delays, many of which were outside the control of either myself or the buyer. Despite this, she tackled every challenge head-on with determination and a positive attitude.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. Updates were always provided, expectations were managed honestly, and whenever a new issue emerged, Jordana was relentless in finding a way forward.<br><br>By the end of the process, I felt I had far more than just an estate agent acting on my behalf.
