We could not have been more impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Savills. The professionalism of this organisation shone from the first meeting with Andrew. Who in addition to recommending a guide price for the property, suggested aa sales strategy. There was a clear understanding of the market, the best time to start marketing, the type of buyer the property would attract. Evidence that research had been done prior to that initial meeting. We were also impressed by all other members of the Savills team that we dealt with during the sales process. The level of professionalism, efficiency and courtesy delivered by every member of staff was outstanding. The speed of response in all communications was excellent. I would strongly recommend Savills as the estate agent of choice to anyone.

They were professional, responsive, genuinely helpful throughout our experience and nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market, thorough in every step, and approachable—always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After working with them, we would have no hesitation in using them again, in fact we would not go anywhere else! Ten out of ten.

18th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)The team at Thomas Lardner made selling my dad's house after he passed away very easy with no problems whatsoever. It was a difficult time, but the professional and efficient staff at the Romiley office made the sale of the house so easy. From the moment I walked into the office, they were so helpful, they were always on hand for any questions and would reply to emails within minutes! If only all estate agents were like this. 10/10.

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. 18th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I recently viewed a property with my mum who is currently in a wheelchair. We were looking downsize and found a property perfect for our situation. The estate agent who viewed the property with us on two separate occasions was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful of advice with regards to the property and its features. They put at ease any of our concerns and were open to any questions and had lots of useful suggestions. Would highly recommend this agent for their excellent service, friendly and welcoming approach and knowledgable. We have found our perfect home with their help and are so happy, thank you so much

The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process. The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent. My experience is one of feeling valued as a customer. I am happy to recommending Julian Wadden to anyone looking to sell their home.

Michael was very approachable, and the marketing was fantastic, particularly the highly effective video tour.<br>I cannot thank Ginene, Nina and Amber in the Glossop office enough. They were always so friendly, helpful and proactive, responding very quickly to any questions and offering excellent advice. They kept me fully updated about viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br>I am extremely grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation in recommending Country Holmes.

23rd Jul 2026 (5 days ago)John Woodhall came to value the property and was very friendly yet professional. Once we instructed him the wheels were set in motion. The photos were taken and the house put on the market within days of his visit . Communication was good with his office regarding the viewings. We were so pleased to get an offer with just being on the market for about 3 weeks. At the moment we are getting on with the sale and so far so good. I would definitely recommend Woodhalls estate agents, their service including the photographers has been amazing.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.

17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT. WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE. ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME. HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE? WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!! FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING. WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT) NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE. 10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE. RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!
