The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again

Aways available and all appointments kept with viewings and surveys. great advice and guidance given on the market value and what to market the house at. Plenty of viewing and sold the house quickly on both occasions due to the first offer withdrawing at the very last minute. Special thanks to Chris Tabner for the description and photos for the property and Natalie Jenkins for always being in contact and letting us know what was happening every step of the way. Thanks to all the staff at Edward Mellor Hazel Grove. Highly recommended.

13th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

A recent sale was handled with commitment, energy and diligence. 23rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)John Woodhall came to value the property and was very friendly yet professional. Once we instructed him the wheels were set in motion. The photos were taken and the house put on the market within days of his visit . Communication was good with his office regarding the viewings. We were so pleased to get an offer with just being on the market for about 3 weeks. At the moment we are getting on with the sale and so far so good. I would definitely recommend Woodhalls estate agents, their service including the photographers has been amazing.

Neil in particular has been really responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the right home for us. I couldn't recommend highly enough!!

It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.
