John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.

Most recently, they helped me sell a property, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to support me through the process. Austin, Chris and Emma all offered thoughtful, reassuring advice throughout, and Emma in particular was absolutely wonderful – she guided everything from start to finish with such care and attention. She kept me regularly updated, was always friendly and approachable, and made the whole experience feel so much easier. Emma found a buyer incredibly quickly, which was amazing and I felt completely supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Edward Mellor to anyone. Thank you all so much!

At the beginning, he gave me a second opinion and explained every steps what we have to go through. He could offer all round information and told me what options do we have. That’s why I chose him with us. Although we targeted a property from another estate agent later on, but he worked professionally and guided us to complete the purchase.

Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. I would fully recommend reeds rains
13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

We have now moved to our long-term "final" property in Poynton having become "empty nesters" and can look back and thank Richard for his efforts in constructing the "deal" that brought us to Poynton more than 25 years ago. It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.
