13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

He liaised with our purchasers when our initial onward move fell through and saw our house sale through from viewing to completion, including conversations about leaving appliances. 13th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

As a landlord, it’s really important to have an agent who is reliable, responsive and keeps you informed, and I’ve found that to be the case throughout.<br><br>Debbie and Jason have both been particularly helpful and professional. They are friendly, approachable and always happy to answer any questions or deal with any issues that arise. The pictures taken and video were superb with the extra bonus of an Ariel view of the surrounding area.<br>I will definitely be recommending to family and friends if ever in the need for there services.<br>Thankyou to Rob,Wendy and the rest of the team at the PROPERTY MAN

28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!
23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)John Woodhall came to value the property and was very friendly yet professional. Once we instructed him the wheels were set in motion. The photos were taken and the house put on the market within days of his visit . Communication was good with his office regarding the viewings. We were so pleased to get an offer with just being on the market for about 3 weeks. At the moment we are getting on with the sale and so far so good. I would definitely recommend Woodhalls estate agents, their service including the photographers has been amazing.

29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Moore Homes successfully managed the house sale for both ourselves and elderly parent together at the same time. At each stage, we were in regular contact with Helen, who was our primary contact - but because of the lovely small team there, we felt we could confidently talk with any of the staff in the office and they were able to help us with updates. Their relationship with our solicitor was good and helped to knit our sales together effectively.<br>Moore Homes feel 'homely' unlike some of the larger, more corporate estate agencies available locally - and while you could also go with their suggested solicitor, I would strongly suggest that you do your own research before agreeing to use one of them.<br>Overall, we are very happy with the service Helen and Dan and their team provided and would recommend them to family and friends.

They were very responsive to questions and kept us up to date each step of the way. They are very service-focused, and made a stressful process much easier!
