The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again
30th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Exceptional service. As a landlord, I have rented my property through Jordan Fishwick for about 12 years. And not had any issues with tenants or the letting process. Unfortunately however, my last tenants were challenging. Their behaviours led to me needing to evict them. Sarah, was brilliant throughout the whole process. Her careful guidance as to legal requirements, to ensure any action taken was correct & proper, whilst maintaining regular communication with the tenants & the desired outcome was exceptional. I had every faith in her suggestions to follow the process. And she conducted herself with the ultimate professionalism & respect.<br>When you become a landlord you do question whether paying the monthly fees are worth it. In my case, Jordan Fishwick, Sarah and the team were worth every penny. Thank you for your support.

15th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would advise extreme caution to anyone buying a property through Roger Dean Estate Agents. My experience revealed a deeply concerning lack of professional integrity and fair dealing. During my attempted purchase, the agency instituted a strict "Best and Final Offer" process. However, immediately after I submitted my final bid, the agent (Grace Lees) contacted me to solicit an additional £10,000. When I refused, the agent admitted in the same phone call that she had already been instructed by the vendor to accept my original offer if I declined the increase. I escalated this conduct to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Following a formal investigation, the Ombudsman’s written findings confirmed that these specific events and manipulative negotiation tactics occurred exactly as I described them. If you are a buyer dealing with this agency, be fully aware that their "deadlines" and "best and final" processes may be entirely manipulative tactics designed to extract more money from you under false pretenses. Proceed with caution.

13th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.- 21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I can confidently recommend Dan Mitchell and his team at Gascoigne Halman in Bramhall for an exemplary and professional service. A recent sale was handled with commitment, energy and diligence. When last minute issues arose with the buyer's solicitor, Dan's personal interventions cut through the difficulties and ensured a timely completion.

10th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Fly-tippers! These manage a property next door to me. Their residents have always been friendly and good neighbours, but after they moved out this company has sent two workmen around to refurbish the house.<br><br>They have dumped a large BBQ that was in the garden in the street, clearly because they couldn’t be arsed to dispose of it properly. I’ve notified the letting agents and they haven’t removed it after 4 days, so it has been reported to the council.<br><br>Some of us have to live here and we don’t want our streets full of crap from slum landlords like this. Have some respect for the people who live in the areas that you’ve got properties in.
