30th May 2025 (1 year ago)They do not have the knowledge of handling flats. I was with them for 2 months and not one single viewing. They were full of excuses.
7th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Delaney's are a local agency who were able to get me a buyer quickly and I had an offer within a month of putting my property on the market. They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

I have been a tenant for five years with CHIDDICKS HOMES and Luke And he’s team have been amazing.
