14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Probably the most stressfull financial event is selling a house. Not now ! the solution and only way forward is to engage the services of The Stuart Thomas Estate agency. Should you be lucky enough to be within their area then they are the go to Team. The owner, Stuart Thomas, is an immensely experienced, very professional and diligent person, his agency is staffed with a great team whom will get the job done. At all times the viewings were carried out either by Stuart or one of his staff, viewings were on time and executed in a proffesional and friendly manner, we were also given feedback after the viewing. The details and photos were perfect and the listing on Rightmove and other media were spot on. Our house sold within a few weeks. For fear of leaving anyone out I will not name the people I dealt with but rest assured you are all great and very much appreciated. However, I will actually name Sally as she kindly recommended a solicitor to deal with our conveyancing of the sale, Tracy Hughes at Paul Robinson Solicitors. This is so worth a mention as our original solicitor was a complate and utter waste of space, so we needed to find an alternative quickly. Tracy Hughes was simply exceptional, awesome in fact. After a lifetime of buying and selling house and having countless solicitors trying to stuff it up, to find Tracy was a breath of fresh air, great recomendation Sally. Our sincere Thanks goes to Stuart Thomas and the Team, Fantastic Job!
19th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had a really positive experience with Gower Dawes Estate Agents. After visiting several agencies, this was the only place where I genuinely felt treated as a person rather than just another applicant. Jo was kind, patient, and very understanding, and Jordan was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the viewing, even though I arrived unexpectedly. They both took the time to listen, answer questions, and offer useful advice, which made a big difference. Moving after many years is stressful, but I left feeling much more reassured and positive about the whole process. Even though we didn’t go ahead with the property this time, I’d happily work with them again and highly recommend them.

I also had an emergency (flooding) just the day before the tenant moved in, and Martin went above and beyond to help me find an engineer to fix the leak. Highly recommended!

Steve Smith was very helpful and knowledgable and I would recommend when considering a local agency calling Bear Southend for a valuation.

He always returned my emails and phone calls very quickly and was a pleasure to talk to. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was expected of him. 27th May 2026 (25 days ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Amos Estate Agents as they are so involved in the community in Hockley. They genuinely care. Selling through them was a pleasure. They answered all questions promptly and with care. They chased whenever I asked and were an amazing conduit between myself and the buyers. Please consider Amos if you are thinking of selling. The whole team are caring, polite and courteous. They showed enthusiasm when conducting viewings of my home, which had various offers within 2 weeks of being on the market. The photographs taken were so professional.

They successfully sold our house, found a buyer, and even secured one for our buyer's property too, handling the chain smoothly even though our chain was more complex than usual with staggered complete dates. Despite the initial salesperson leaving early on, the team and in particular Georgia Yexley kept us well informed throughout. The sale took nearly a year, but that was due to issues with the owner of our initial purchase choice, not Balgores. They got the job done.

She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Bonita to anyone in need of real estate services!
3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)When it came to selling our home and finding our next one, Sadek promised he would get the job done, and he delivered on both! Writing this review from my new home with a cuppa! We decided not to go with one of the large national estate agents and instead chose Just Moovin because we wanted someone who would genuinely care about our situation and the journey my family and I were going through, rather than just being a target or KPI. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision. Our chain was long and complicated, with numerous issues further up the chain causing delays, but throughout the whole process Sadek was brilliant. He kept us updated regularly, chased where needed, and was always communicating with solicitors, other agents and anyone else involved to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like he left no stone unturned. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having someone proactive, honest and committed made a huge difference. I can't thank Sadek enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him and Just Moovin to anyone looking to move.
