15th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)A very positive remortgage experience with Preeti and Richard<br><br>I don’t usually answer calls from numbers I don’t recognise. However, one day when I had some free time, I decided to answer one. The caller introduced herself as Preeti, and when she mentioned remortgaging, it immediately caught my attention because I was already researching better rates for my home and two rental properties.<br><br>Preeti clearly explained why she was calling, what the company did and how it could help. Her friendly, confident and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence that she understood exactly what I was looking for. She answered all my questions, made the conversation enjoyable and quickly arranged an appointment with a financial adviser. She then sent the confirmation straight away.<br><br>I later spoke with Richard, who was equally helpful. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step and in a clear, logical order, which made it much easier to understand.<br><br>My experience with both Preeti and Richard has given me a very positive impression of Bairstow Eves. Receiving the same high standard of service from two different people says a lot about the company to be honest. I am very pleased that I decided to answer that unexpected call and have also arrange a call 3years down the line when the remortgage expires. :-)

I switched agents and was on with another agent and the aspire Basildon team approached me and said they can help and off way more and they sure did. Would highly recommend the team.

Sophia and Martin were exceptionally helpful throughout the process—always available to answer questions and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend their services.

27th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

She was so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track.<br>Honestly, I don’t think the purchase of the flat would have gone through without all of her hard work.<br><br>Her communication, reassurance, and willingness to help, made a very stressful process so much easier for me.<br>I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend Amos Estate agents enough.<br>Thank you so much, Chelsea!

She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and we are so grateful for her dedication and hard work! A big thank you as well to Adam Brittain, Senior Property Advisor, whose knowledge, guidance, and professionalism made such a difference. He was always helpful and reassuring throughout the journey. And of course, Freya Tilbury, Trainee Property Advisor,our very first point of contact! Freya was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped in to view the property. The team work promptly and proficiently..and explain every step along the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling a property. The whole team in the Leigh-on-sea office deserve medals for how they handled all points of our sale..especially Ben and Jo..and much as I am glad it is all done now..I am almost sad because talking with them was always a pleasure. 5 stars well deserved!!!

25th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I have had the most positive experience with Abbotts. I was very new to the renting process after owning for many years. So understandably very daunting. I was made to feel that they cared and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Rhesa has been a tower of strength from her help and advice and literal hand holding throughout. She has been so empathetic and upfront. The process was smooth and very quick. If I could describe the perfect Letting Agent, it would be her! If I could have given 10 stars I would have, undoubtedly!

He was enthusiastic helpful and arranged a number of viewings very quickly. Although my original sale eventually went through, I was impressed by his optimism!

They were very good at arranging viewings for when they were convenient for us. They called us to change the marketing strategies when the house hadn't initially sold so we felt they knew what they were talking about to sell our house.

4th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We had a long an frustrating time trying to sell my wife's parents bungalow after probate, not helped at all by the first estate agent we used who overpriced it in the first place and did very little to support the sale. We changed to Bear half-way through, and whilst things were still complicated by us losing a couple of buyers at the last minute, they were far more proactive and supportive. We have now finally completed. Special thanks to Megan, who in the end made it her personal mission to get us over the line.
