4th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Stephen was an amazing throughout the entire process. We had some frustrating points due to very slow solicitors but Stephen stayed on top of what was outstanding, was always available to answer questions and just generally really helpful. I highly recommend!

1st Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Premier Estates acted as selling agent for our three-bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island. Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.

We mainly spoke with Vanessa, Sue, Hannah and Nick and they were all friendly and supportive and so so helpful with finding a new place quickly when our circumstances changed. We are very happy and will use again if we need to move in the future.

11th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)I had to sell my mother's house after she died and then my brother died a few months later. It has been a very traumatic experience. However Stephanie at Countryside Estates handled the whole matter in a both professional but more importantly very sensitive manner. One of her many strength's was her assertiveness with both the buyers and the solicitors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was needed to by done by whom and when it needed to be done by which then ensured everything was signed and agreed in a timely manner. I felt like I have been working with a consummate professional who knows everything involved in the process and legal requirements of selling a house with an obvious in depth experience and thorough knowledge of the market and conveyancing. I highly commend Countryside Estates and it goes without saying have nothing but gratitude for the brilliant customer service experience I receive from Stephanie.

The communication is 5 stars and they couldn't have done any more to help me. I have been using abbots for years and shall I need an estate agents help again I will be returning. Thank you so much for everything and I will absolutely be referring people to you. Incredible approachable. Helpful staff. Finally an estate agents who get it right everytime.

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
2nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Fisk handled the process well although when it came to signing the legal paperwork toward the end of the process, the young lady within the estate agent was unsure whether she was the witness or if it was my solicitors who would be the witness signature. Overall, a decent experience when buying my first property.

24th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have been ringing Home local for over a week for a viewing. They have been saying we will get someone to come back to you. I have been ringing 3 times a day for a week and no one has not got back to me. Home local truly do not know how to talk to customers and people, They are like third nipples completely useless. Do not give them your property to sale or rent coz they do not know how to talk to people, Keep away from them they will give you more problems and issues instead of trying to help.

They are an amazing team, very professional and efficient in their services and deal with empathy intact! Sharon has been excellent my one point contact and surely she won’t be judgemental but will cross all extends to help ?? Sharon has restored my faith in estate agents, surely angels like Sharon and her supportive manager who approved her actions to support me??do exist still in this materialistic world??I would highly recommend them! Most importantly I feel one woman empowering another woman in time of needs~so surely my piece of advice….. estate agents should employ more and more female staff who can sense and feel for female clients traumas…. one going through. To emphasise I have never had staff like Sharon in last 15 years in my multiple dealings with several estate agents in this country. For me she is my god sent angel??

Lewis would give regular updates on prospective buyers, viewings and just generally kept me informed of all situations. It felt like he was working hard to get the right price for both myself and prospective buyers, I would highly recommend dealing with Lewis at Gilbert and Rose. After a sale was agreed I was put in touch with Claire Skilbeck who was my sales processor, Claire was great - she kept me fully informed throughout the sale, giving me regular updates and it felt like she was really pushing all sides to try and get the exchange/completion to happen smoothly and quickly.
2nd Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.
12th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)During what can only be described as a very complex process Gibson and Brennan have been brilliant. I’m not sure we’d have got to exchange without them. Sophie in particular has been excellent. Great communication and tenacious to the last! Jake and Mickey have been great, a real personal touch and attention to detail that you just don’t get with the big estate agents. I would recommend them every day of the week. Many thanks to a great team.
