Well I have to say Stuart Thomas was amazing keeping me informed every step of the way and sold my mums house immediately. I decided to find out about renting our flat through Stuart Thomas as well My goodness Simone who runs the renting side has been absolutely brilliant. Any type of problem/query that arises amd there have been a few , she sorts these immediately. I am taken aback by her efficiency and professionalism which has taken away every stress in renting out a property. She has given me great confidence In renting out properties as Simone takes on all challenges calmly and sorts them without being phased at all. I am so happy with Stuart Thomas. Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

Because Kerry had full knowledge of her clients’ requirements she was able to direct buyers for viewings and so we were able to sell our house before it went on to market. It was a smooth and very fast process and I can’t thank the team enough.

Steve Smith was very helpful and knowledgable and I would recommend when considering a local agency calling Bear Southend for a valuation.

We had to sell my late fathers property, it had been on the market for over 6 months with no offers due to a different estate agent over promising on it. We went with E&S after a recommendation from a friend, and got to say it was the best descion we made. Zurhre was kind, compassionate and understanding from our very first meeting until the end. Within 3 weeks the property sold, and within 6 weeks contracts were exchanged! Always keeping us updated and went above and beyond to help sell our property I cannot recommend them enough, Not all estate agents are the same. Zurhe and all the team at E&S are amazing, thank you for everything

27th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

23rd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Would highly recommend the team at Abbotts Rochford. They were extremely helpful and supportive, kept in regular contact and chased replies with the conveyancer and buyers. From meeting Annette at the start who impressed me with her ability to walk around the house, notice all the extras and reassure me the price we proposed was suitable. Then Ben, Eve and Irina who did such a great job showing potential buyers around and helped to sell the property and kept me sane during the stressful times of waiting on searches and all the slow things that delay the exchange, to Chris who started towards the end and was also extremely positive and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others wanting a successful house sale. Thank you

Darren, Zac & Lee have been great throughout the whole process of purchasing my new house, from the first viewing to collecting the keys you can really see they care about there role of making everyone at ease and making sure everything is okay. I can honestly say I expected it to last twice as long.<br>Megan has been fantastic throughout, offering advice and guidance throughout and made a difficult process very easy.<br>I am 100% sure it would have been a very different experience had we not have been assigned Megan.<br>Thank you for all your hard work. They have moved away from the traditional hard sell estate agent , they work with huge knowledge and quiet confidence. We are happy with all aspects of their work and would say that despite their higher fees they are worth every penny.
