20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Since May 2026 I have rented an apartment that is part of a large 1900s building. In summary from my 1st viewing, items that were going to be fixed prior to tenancy were never fixed. Lots of emails/photos communication but did not result in any action by Reed/ Landlord. Ongoing saga and my recommendation is to avoid as there are far better letting agents in the marketplace. The new rental laws from 1st May allow walking away with 2 months notice which is a great step forward.
19th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.

20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)If only all estate agents were like Elliott & Smith<br>We recently sold our property with Elliott & Smith and we really appreciated the friendly, efficient and professional manner of all the staff regarding viewings and the whole sales process, we were always kept informed.<br>Zuhre especially, helped us from the day we decided to sell right through to getting the exchange/completion date agreed.<br>Moving is very stressful but Elliott & Smith definitely made it a lot easier it’s just a shame we couldn’t find the right house to buy through them.

27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

4th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I can not praise the staff here highly enough. To start, handling the home of a recently deceased and much loved Mother must be tough. But, the careful balance of compassion, care, professionalism and then the business was navigated with incredible skill. The ease with which the house went on the market was amazing, the pictures, description, the overall presentation was so impressive I almost bought it myself.<br>More than that though, when all was concluded the aftercare and advice was so very much appreciated.<br>I will never be able to praise or thank the team enough.<br>A particular mention to Jack and Michaela, who had to endure more than they ever should.<br>Myself and Fudge (shshsh it’s a secret) thank you, from the pieces of my heart
