19th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.
29th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been very happy with Filtons. They were the property manager for a flat we rented in London. The communication throughout our stay was excellent and timely. Any issues we had were addressed quickly (service technicians, etc were sent to attend in a very timely manner). This was much appreciated as we came from a place where it took ages to get responses or issues resolved. They wouldn’t assume the issue was always resolved, but followed up through email or phone call to make sure the issue was resolved.<br><br>The deposit was returned quickly without hassle and I felt any deductions were very reasonable (which isn’t usually the case).<br><br>If we rented again in London, I would be happy to have filtons be the leasing agent. As well as if we owned and were renting a flat out I would be happy to have them handle the management for us.

I have heard horror story's of property purchases and despite certain hurdles, they have both kept constant communication and updates upon request of goings on. Definitely recommend
10th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Robert Michael Estate Agents handled the recent sale of our house in Thundersley. They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

22nd May 2021 (5 years ago)If I could of put 0 stars I would of Pointless for this place to be up and running NO ONE and I mean no one ever replies to your emails, they advertise properties yet do not reply when your requesting a viewing Rude ignorant people do not waste your time with them.
16th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)This company Crowstone Estates own the freehold to the block of five flats next door to us in Southend, I understand they also own two of the flats as well. They do not respond to us anymore regarding the maintenance of their back garden for which there is a gigantic Sycamore tree which is so huge now it drops everyday excessive leaves and hard seeds that fill up our whole garden, blocks our gutters, causes excessive shade and bird droppings everywhere. We have requested they cut it on several occasions but they no longer respond. Each week we are sweeping up the tree mess. We have lived here over 12 years and never once have we seen anyone do anything to maintain the back garden and the tree. (They do seem to maintain the front garden however). We actually paid for the tree branches to be cut back which hang over our side however this didn't solve the problem as the tree is so huge it still throws down a huge amount of mess onto our garden. It doesn't seem right to me that you can own land but never maintain it? What do the residents pay their service charges for? This company appears to do work with the Samaritans however this is not in line with how they ignore neighbours and do not nothing about the state of the garden and the Sycamore tree. It is this huge eyesore now that causes mess and misery. I don't know why people don't do the right thing and maintain the tree and the back garden, perhaps because they don't live here they think they can simply get away with no maintenance, but it's not fair or right. I have added some photos of the Sycamore tree to give some kind of idea of the size of this problem and will update as necessary.

7th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Delaney's are a local agency who were able to get me a buyer quickly and I had an offer within a month of putting my property on the market. They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

10th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
