19th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.

We never had any problems, and whenever there was a maintenance issue, Mo and the team were always very quick to respond and get things sorted. Communication throughout the tenancy was always excellent. Would definitely recommend Filtons.

I could not have asked for a better service. I would like to thank them for all their hard work keeping me updated every step of the way. Excellent Estate Agents for any house move.
4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can not praise the staff here highly enough. To start, handling the home of a recently deceased and much loved Mother must be tough. But, the careful balance of compassion, care, professionalism and then the business was navigated with incredible skill. The ease with which the house went on the market was amazing, the pictures, description, the overall presentation was so impressive I almost bought it myself.<br>More than that though, when all was concluded the aftercare and advice was so very much appreciated.<br>I will never be able to praise or thank the team enough.<br>A particular mention to Jack and Michaela, who had to endure more than they ever should.<br>Myself and Fudge (shshsh it’s a secret) thank you, from the pieces of my heart
10th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Robert Michael Estate Agents handled the recent sale of our house in Thundersley. They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I should have written this review a long time ago, but even to this day, thinking about the whole situation still makes me angry. I kept putting off writing this review, but I’ve decided it’s better to say something now than never. My experience with Hopson Property Southend was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the manager, Richard, was not helpful when it came to resolving our issue. There were no call-backs, no proper follow-ups, and we were constantly having to chase them for updates. What really frustrated me was how proactive they were when it came to demanding money, yet when it came to actually solving problems, there was very little urgency or cooperation. Despite making numerous attempts to get the matter resolved, nothing was properly sorted and we were ultimately left with no choice but to give up because they simply would not cooperate. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and the way the situation was handled has stayed with me to this day. I would not recommend them based on our experience. I would give it a negative star if there was an option.
22nd May 2021 (5 years ago)If I could of put 0 stars I would of Pointless for this place to be up and running NO ONE and I mean no one ever replies to your emails, they advertise properties yet do not reply when your requesting a viewing Rude ignorant people do not waste your time with them.

4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We had a long an frustrating time trying to sell my wife's parents bungalow after probate, not helped at all by the first estate agent we used who overpriced it in the first place and did very little to support the sale. We changed to Bear half-way through, and whilst things were still complicated by us losing a couple of buyers at the last minute, they were far more proactive and supportive. We have now finally completed. Special thanks to Megan, who in the end made it her personal mission to get us over the line.
1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

10th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Amazing from start to finish, Andy was our primary estate agent and he was always on hand to help us or answer any questions. He always went above and beyond, and made us feel safe during a highly stressful time. Amanda was our sale progressor. She was immediate in her response to anything and everything. If they didn’t have the answer to hand, they would find it.<br>We had some delays with the exchange due to another seller, but we were always kept in the loop and always knew they were pushing on our behalf.<br>We were also always greeted with help from other members of staff when our primary’s were out of the office.<br>Could not recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again if I had the need and will 100% be suggesting them to any friends and family that are thinking of moving.
