19th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Robert Michael Estate Agents handled the recent sale of our house in Thundersley. They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

22nd May 2021 (4 years ago)If I could of put 0 stars I would of Pointless for this place to be up and running NO ONE and I mean no one ever replies to your emails, they advertise properties yet do not reply when your requesting a viewing Rude ignorant people do not waste your time with them.
10th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)AVOID! Utter incompetent timewasters. They want to rent your property out without sharing RIGHT TO RENT reports of potential tenants. This report shows whether a tenant has passed the Affordability & income check. Why is this important? If the tenant decides to stop paying rent, you can claim the rent back from your Landlord insurance's Rent protection service. If the tenant failed the check and you still rented it out to them, you would be paying the mortage while getting no rent. It was frustating dealing with them. They would not share the reports of potential tenants after multiple requests and then went quiet all of a sudden. I lost out on a month's rent! Their managing director is an absolute bell end and she needs to learn some manners on how to deal with clients. Clients are paying you love, you are not doing things for free. EDIT : in response to what they have replied to my review : I did not realize that reviews could only be left at certain times! Let's talk about "it became clear that the expectations being placed on us did not align with our moral, responsible and professional standards as a regulated agency." So, a landlord has no right to see the full Right to rent report but still has to blindly sign an agreement with a tenant in your delusional universe? I am not sure which regulatory body you are a member of because I would surely love to have a word about your establishment's incompetency with them. This is the type of estate agent that will quickly get you a tenant, collect the fees and then hightail it and when the tenant stops paying rent, they then pretend they never even heard of you. I am glad things did not materialize with them. If you are a landlord, run as fast as you can.

26th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I would recommend St George’s homes to anyone needing an estate agent - we had to sell a property in Rayleigh remotely and Darren and his team went over and above, recommending local services and going to the house for us - they were prompt responsive and super helpful throughout. .

20th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)Moved out on 1st of November from a property managed by Lordsons. One month notice was given, as per my contract, and yet deposit is still to be returned by them, even if they had landlord’s confirmation to return in full. Not responding to calls or e-mails and now their website is no longer active. I suspect they never held my deposit in a protection scheme as I cannot find it on any of the main ones. Searching on the internet, it seems like they were banned by Southend Council in 2024. Stay way clear from this con agency!! I suspect a lot more people are or will be in the same position as I am!!

23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Dealt with Alfie a few times now and he has been a genuine standout. Quick to reply and gives honest feedback, and clearly cares about getting the details right for his clients. If you are selling or letting in the Southend area, Hendricks would be my first call.

Being first time buyers neither myself or my boyfriend had much clue of the buying process, however from the very start Amanda and Andy have been great with us. It has not been an easy journey due to many issues along the way, however Amanda kept us updated at every stage. She was able to answer every question we had and at times felt like she was doing multiple people’s jobs. We also spoke with Lynda at times who was equally as helpful. Overall I would be happy to recommend this estate agents to friends and family and would consider using them in the future when we come to sell. Thank you Amanda and Andy for everything!
