14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Probably the most stressfull financial event is selling a house. Not now ! the solution and only way forward is to engage the services of The Stuart Thomas Estate agency. Should you be lucky enough to be within their area then they are the go to Team. The owner, Stuart Thomas, is an immensely experienced, very professional and diligent person, his agency is staffed with a great team whom will get the job done. At all times the viewings were carried out either by Stuart or one of his staff, viewings were on time and executed in a proffesional and friendly manner, we were also given feedback after the viewing. The details and photos were perfect and the listing on Rightmove and other media were spot on. Our house sold within a few weeks. For fear of leaving anyone out I will not name the people I dealt with but rest assured you are all great and very much appreciated. However, I will actually name Sally as she kindly recommended a solicitor to deal with our conveyancing of the sale, Tracy Hughes at Paul Robinson Solicitors. This is so worth a mention as our original solicitor was a complate and utter waste of space, so we needed to find an alternative quickly. Tracy Hughes was simply exceptional, awesome in fact. After a lifetime of buying and selling house and having countless solicitors trying to stuff it up, to find Tracy was a breath of fresh air, great recomendation Sally. Our sincere Thanks goes to Stuart Thomas and the Team, Fantastic Job!

They gave honest opinions about properties and pointed out things we might have missed. That honesty helped us avoid a few homes that probably would have caused problems later.
2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)My first BLT with Leaders was a great experience. Martin was extremely helpful, supporting me from start to finish until the tenant moved in. I also had an emergency (flooding) just the day before the tenant moved in, and Martin went above and beyond to help me find an engineer to fix the leak. Highly recommended!

Steve Smith was very helpful and knowledgable and I would recommend when considering a local agency calling Bear Southend for a valuation.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

The team are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process of letting and managing. Communication is always clear and timely, and any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. What really stands out for me is their friendly and approachable attitude — they make what can often be a very stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Their attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to providing great customer service as second to none. She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise.
