7th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)They are very very rude thats all i can say. They came to measure and the girl came in with dirty feet and got mess on my back bedroom carpet which i have never mentioned to them. I dumped them them because they kept askung us to drop the price of our house. They said if i used another agent ud have to mention the one lady who came round to view our house. I was subsequently told by a female nember if staff that there was no way this lady would have brought our house. They are very very rude, and they lock you into a 20 week contract without telling you, so make sure you read the contract. We would never use fox and sons again ever. We will be putting our house back up for sale in a couple if years time, but we wont be using this agent. A couple of the female in there are very rude.

During the final stages of contract exchange and completion, their advice and assistance were invaluable, particularly as I was away from Yeovil at the time, preventing potential delays. They also provided support to my wife in completing necessary documentation. Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.
