Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.- 30th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)Absolutely appalling. Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
