14th Sep 2020 (5 years ago)I stayed with Croft Living in Belgravia for 6 weeks in July/August 2020. The apartment was reasonably priced, spacious and centrally located. Check-in was efficient, even during covid. Very responsive service by email in advance although 2 days before arrival i found out that linen wasn't provided. Luckily for a fee - they would provide sheets, not towels. Wish I had known that a bit sooner as we were moving from Australia to London and that gave almost no time to buy towels in advance. There were a few issues though so I don't think I would recommend them. First - mail security. You can get mail there but mail disappears. I did complain but management told me they are only responsible for inside the apartment, not the building. They said to complain to Royal Mail but as Royal Mail showed our items delivered, they were of no help. Other tenants also had mail disappear so there's obviously a security issue. I asked to see the CCTV and was told it wasn't working. If mail can't be secure inside a locked building, then I really worry about my personal safety and don't buy Croft's opinion that they are only responsible for inside the actual apartment. Other security issues - some very sketchy tenants in the building. Got up to run at 5am and saw a tenant coming home that day covered in blood. Next morning, going for a run at 5am, saw him moving out. Next thing you know - a lot of cops come into the building looking for someone. Makes you not feel too secure... Water pressure - the worst I have ever had in my decade of living in London. It was a trickle, at best. Croft did bring a new shower head but barely made an improvement. Impossible to wash long hair. I asked about it and was told that it's just London. Actually, no it's not. Lived here long enough. Buy a water pump that works and create pressure like most. Old furniture - couches and chairs were ripped and stained; carpet coming up in places; needs a paint job. Windows - all have child locks on them so barely open which means when it's 30 degrees, no air movement. Whilst all the windows let in fabulous light - it's stifling in a summer heatwave. We had to buy additional fans as the ones provided barely provide any movement of air. Garbage - got locked out once as someone changed the codes to the gates and never told residents. Luckily my partner was able to climb and jump over the fence to let me in. Overall, the apartment was k but i wouldn't rent through this company - too much 'we are only responsible for inside the apartment' and not enough concern for tenant safety or property.
23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Absolutely brilliant, all the way through, from initial contact, in person sales appraisal, sourcing a buyer, negotiating a price, pushing along the conveyancing teams on both sides and keeping me calm and informed through the entire process of the sale of my flat!!! A LOT of work behind the scenes... Exchange, Completion. Done!!! I can not thank you enough Tom, Ben, Becky, Sian! You and your team made this happen, Happy vendor and happy buyer. Thanking you so much for the amazing work you did in selling my flat!!!! Amazing!!!! It was always a pleasure to drop into your office in person, to speak to you on the phone and to liaise with you by email. Absolute Professionals! Thank you!

17th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)The Longines Global Champions Tour in Chelsea, London is superbly organised! There are plenty of activities for kids, including horse riding and a great selection of fresh food and drinks. You can also purchase clothing and gear for horse riding on site. A fantastic event for families and horse enthusiasts — highly recommended!

23rd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Having rented a flat in Kensington with Thackerays for 2+ years, I can testify of their utter unprofessional conduct - regular email nagging, rude staff, lack of financial transparency, and to top it all they removed the terrace, with all my furniture on it, while I was away, without any notice of access or changes. Best agents to avoid.

From our first meeting to our last, he was very professional, patient, thoughtful, and most importantly, got things done in a way that fitted our needs. 1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.

1st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency. When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months. Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute. Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
