27th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)This office and company is a joke . We made an offer for a flat to rent , it has been accepted. We went through the credit check and process and we have been confirmed in writing that everything was fine . So we signed the contract and paid full deposit + 1 week of rent (around 10k) One week before the move in date they told that the landlord was not happy with the credit history (we showed savings for around 2M). Tom Mellon is such an unprofessional and not reliable agent. We understand a landlord can be unhappy about someone, but absolutely NOT one week before the move in date , after all the checked were done and ok , with all the furnitures already bought online and ready to be delivered STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED- 7th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)They were extremely pushy when I was viewing and kept pressuring me to sign the contract. Once I signed, they became impossible to reach. During the tenancy, it was very hard to get any response. When I moved out, the same thing happened. It has now been almost a month since I left and my deposit is still not returned. I’ve chased multiple times and still can’t get a clear response. You might heard bad things about Foxtons but still think you might be the Lucky one. Well, everything people say is true. Never use them

In particular, Charlotte Moody gets the nuances involved and has the ability to turn what at first seems a complex ask into a simple reality.
19th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

The whole purchase went through in under three months, and a big part of that was Zoe staying on top of everything. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, which just took so much of the stress out of it. Would happily recommend Zoe and the team at tlc to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Kensington and Chelsea.

A special mention goes to Selen Hurbas, who is incredibly responsive, efficient, and always on hand to help. Communication is consistently clear, and any issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended!

She was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She introduced us to some amazing properties, even a few that weren’t on the market yet. Eshal was so understanding, communicative, and proactive throughout. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property. NB: This was for the purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Central London.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
