24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I will Let the pictures and videos talk.- 20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I would strongly advise against renting through Foxtons South Kensington.<br><br>I moved into a property that was in an unacceptable condition, with mould, insect infestations, and broken furniture. I had to replace furniture at my own expense shortly after moving in and was never compensated.<br><br>When I needed to leave my tenancy, I found replacement tenants myself, yet the process was repeatedly delayed due to poor communication and conflicting information from the agency, resulting in unnecessary stress and financial loss.<br><br>It has now been three weeks since my tenancy ended, and I am still waiting for the return of my overpaid rent and tenancy deposit. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups, these outstanding payments have still not been resolved.<br><br>From start to finish, this tenancy was handled with a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Tenants should not have to chase an agency for months to resolve issues or recover money they are owed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Foxtons South Kensington to anyone looking to rent in London.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Deposit withheld on baseless claims, mould ignored for 6 months - DPS ruled fully in our favour<br><br>We rented a flat managed by Century 21 London Central (Rochester Row) for nearly two years; the property was owned by Marmora Ltd. KFH managed the building when we moved in and unfortunately the landlord moved management to Century 21 after a few months.<br>Our experience with agent Dusan Plesko was dreadful from start to finish.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy, Dusan ignored our emails for weeks, responding only after we escalated to the Deposit Protection Service. He then claimed £1,740 of our deposit for an Octopus Energy bill that was addressed to the landlord - not us. We were never Octopus customers; our supply was with OVO, who confirmed in writing that we had no liability to Octopus, and whose bill we have paid in full. At adjudication, Dusan submitted no evidence whatsoever. The DPS ruled fully in our favour. Months of our time wasted on an attempt to take our deposit for someone else's bill.<br><br>During the tenancy, we reported extensive bathroom mould in August 2025 - across the walls and ceiling, with the wall rotting away near the shower. An inspection identified a structural cause (an extractor vent leading nowhere). Instead of fixing it, Dusan replaced a working extractor fan, an unnecessary cost to the landlord which we pointed out at the time, and left the mould untreated. Repairs were finally done in late January 2026, conveniently the week before viewings for new tenants began.<br><br>When we offered a 15% rent increase to extend our tenancy, we received no response. Before we moved out the flat was listed for higher than our offer. After we moved out, the flat was listed at exactly the figure we had offered - and let at that price (or lower). We've seen no evidence our offer was ever put to the landlord, the landlord incurred costs related to finding new tenants and lost rent for the period the flat was unoccupied.<br><br>Reading other reviews, our experience isn't unique; inflated deposit claims and ignored maintenance appear repeatedly. Landlords (including Marmora Ltd) should ask serious questions about how their properties and tenants are being handled. Tenants: document everything from day one, and don't hesitate to go straight to the DPS.

Many thanks to Callum for showing me the property and addressing my queries. Thanks a lot to Zoe who was always super helpful in answering any questions during the transaction and always ensured that the various steps were completed in an orderly and timely manner.<br><br>The onboarding and completion stages were handled exceptionally well by the tlc team. Thank you again for all your help.

My daughter living in London sourced Stuart, and from the time we were introduced I felt comfortable that I would be listened to and that properties would be presented in a progressive and thoughtful manner. I live in the US, so Stuart would often screen properties with my daughter, always being considerate of both of our schedules and input. He broadened the area of the search as I requested, and helped me be certain not only of the flat itself, but the neighborhood. His knowledge was impressive, as was his enthusiasm for the neighborhoods. I never felt pressure, and knew that I could take my time finding "My Flat". We all knew when it came, a testament to Stuarts capacity to narrow down the options. He then skillfully managed both the buyer and seller, which can be very tricky. It was very clear he had both of our best interests in mind, but also both of our trust. He connected me with all of the necessary legal and tax resources, always staying involved. As I was purchasing the flat with furniture and fixtures, and was on a timeline that was quite tight by UK standards, there was stress involved towards the completion. Stuart never over-promised, but continued to push the deal forward and to my delight we closed on-time and I moved in on my desired date. I highly recommend Stuart, and look forward to working with him again in the future!!!

9th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was looking for a realtor in London who was organised, efficient, proactive, understood the market, and would genuinely work around my needs. Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

It is her first time in the UK and wasn't familiar with how the renting process works, so it was all a bit overwhelming for my partner.<br><br>My partner came back after her viewings very happy with the service she had received. Odesa was patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, making her feel much more confident.<br><br>It's very hard to come across someone who's so invested in helping people, and it really made my partner feel less stressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Odesa to anyone looking for a property.<br><br>It is clear that Marsh and parsons were outstanding with training their agents and I look forward to looking for a home with them in the near future.

Communication was lacking, and issues with the property were handled poorly and slowly. I felt unsupported as a tenant, and it was a frustrating experience overall.

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.<br><br>I paid £50,000 in deposit and first month’s rent after being told the tenancy was proceeding. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the tenancy was no longer going ahead and that my money would be refunded.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward refund turned into months of chasing, broken promises and constant delays. I was repeatedly assured that payment was imminent, but the money did not arrive. The situation became so serious that I had to involve the police before any meaningful progress was made.<br><br>Only after police involvement was part of my money returned. Even now, I am still waiting for more than £4,000 that should have been refunded long ago.<br><br>During this process, the CEO personally contacted me and asked me to remove my negative reviews, promising that my refund would be completed if I did. I removed the reviews in good faith because I simply wanted my money back. Despite that, I am still chasing the outstanding balance.<br><br>No customer should have to involve the police, negotiate with a CEO, remove honest reviews, and spend months chasing their own money after a tenancy falls through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, and I would urge anyone considering handing over large sums of money to carry out thorough due diligence before doing so.
