8th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.
27th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I rented a property with this agency in 2024, and although I’m writing this review late, people should be aware of my experience. This was one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. The property was full of cockroaches when I moved in (I did not know before I move in). No proper measures were taken to eradicate them. During the tenancy, they agreed that I could move out, but after that they completely stopped answering calls and emails. Then one day, they suddenly sent me an email claiming I had breached the contract and refused to return my deposit. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.

They were able to accommodate our requests efficiently and found us a several new tenant quickly. We would recommend Rickman’s without reservation.

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

They have done a truly professional job, and the flat has been tenanted for almost 100% of the time. Our contacts at Obbard have been consistently professional, friendly, and easy to reach. They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile. They offer the personalised approach that you don't get with big agents. 10 out of 10
25th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)????- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
3rd Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)I and a flatmate letted a flat for 3 years with no real issues. If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.
