Adrian explained a structured, step-by-step plan he had in place that not only worked out but exceeded our expectations. From hitting the market, the listing, photos, floor layout, and description were all an absolute knockout — the property looked fantastic. Within the first 24 hours we had multiple viewings, and after just 3 days on the market Adrian had negotiated an amazing offer on our behalf that was above our initial asking price and far more than we thought we could achieve for the property. Adrian worked so hard to make everything run smoothly — organising meetings, handling all the viewings, and even helping sort the solicitors out. He’s confident and professional whilst still being genuinely friendly and approachable. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
