29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Abysmal accompanied viewings service<br><br>For an agency that markets itself as "local and reputable", Richard Kendall's accompanied viewing service is shocking.<br><br>Viewings are outsourced to a tiny, poorly informed team with terrible availability (buyers are normally expected to book over a week in advance for a viewing and can't even get weekday evenings), meaning I had to conduct nearly all viewings myself. On the rare occasions they can attend, they know nothing about the property, which Richard Kendall seem to think is perfectly normal. Saying "we're really busy" is not an explanation - it's an admission they can't deliver the service being paid for by the seller. I might as well have been using an online agency. When someone wants to view, you don't want them being told to wait, you want them to be able to see your property ASAP to maximize sale chances.<br><br>For when you're doing an "open to view" at the weekend? Yeah, you have to do that all yourself too... take people's names/details, show them round, etc. Basically do their job for them. None of their agents will help you then, either. For a "full-service agency", I find this totally unacceptable.

From mortgage advice, tips for marketing the property, any questions or queries relating to sales or purchases.<br>Very responsive, sorted any questions I had quickly, professionally and friendly.<br>Big thanks to Charley, Isla, Mackenzie and Emma who've made the process simple and as pain free as buying and selling can be.

It has been a very positive experience - from the initial valuation to dropping off the keys on the day of completion. No question or query was ever too much for the team. Oli's valuation was significantly higher than other estate agent's in the area and we secured our full asking price within 3 weeks! If we had decided to sell with someone else, we would have sold for 20% less! We couldn't recommend William H Brown Morley enough. Thank you Oli, Paige, Amy, Chris and everyone else ??????

My calls were always promptly answered in a polite, professional manner; when it came to viewing properties, Belvoir made that process easy and straightforward. I am highly satisfied with the property I eventually chose with Belvoir. Everything about their business proposition has been clear; along with being friendly, helpful and professional. We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.

30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)This is the second home I've sold with Red Roots, but the first time I've had Steve looking after my sale, and I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better.<br>From day one, Steve was friendly, approachable, and always on the ball. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was quick to answer any questions, and made everything feel so much less stressful. We got on so well that it genuinely felt like dealing with a friend rather than just an estate agent.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. His professionalism, communication, and support were second to none.<br><br>A huge thank you to Steve and everyone at Red Roots for all your hard work. I really can't praise Steve enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

26th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Hello everyone,<br><br>I want to share my experience with this company—if you can even call it an agency.<br><br>At first, they kept calling me. I ignored them several times, but eventually they convinced me to sign a one-year contract as a landlord so they could manage my property and find tenants. Since it was my first time renting out a property, there were a lot of things I didn’t know, and unfortunately I overlooked some important details in the contract.<br><br>They found tenants, but they rented the house out by individual rooms, which is not very convenient. Later, the person who had passed the referencing checks moved out and left someone else living there instead. As far as I understand, this is a breach of the tenancy agreement.<br><br>The tenants often pay late, but even when they do pay and send me proof of payment, the agency still delays transferring the rent to me. They ignore my calls and don’t respond to my messages.<br><br>I even went to their office, where I was told that someone would call me back within five minutes. They did call and promised to sort everything out immediately, but another week has passed and I still haven’t been paid. Now they’re telling me they will send me an email explaining what they are going to do, while they continue holding my money.<br><br>This has been happening every single month. I still have five months left on my contract with them, and I honestly don’t know how this will end. I have a feeling they’re going to cost me even more money.<br><br>At least it has been a valuable lesson, and my advice is simple: avoid this agency and choose a professional one that keeps its promises and does its job properly.<br><br>Hart Estate has been completely unprofessional in my experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away from them.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am updating my previous review because the situation has become even worse.<br><br>I still have not received the money I am owed. For June, I only received half of the payment, and for July I have received nothing at all. Nobody seems willing to take responsibility. Every time I contact the agency, I am ignored or one person blames another. I have been told that my case has been passed to the director, but nothing has changed.<br><br>This is not the first time this has happened. Around three months ago, my payment was also delayed for about a month. The director only contacted me after I said I was considering legal action. I was given an apology and promised that I would receive the money soon, but it is disappointing that it takes that much pressure before anyone responds.<br><br>I have sent multiple emails and have received no reply. I feel completely ignored.<br><br>I even offered to let the agency keep their 6% management fee for the remaining six months of our contract if they would simply end our agreement, but they refused.<br><br>At this point, I am considering asking my tenants to pay me directly instead of paying through the agency until this matter is resolved. My tenants have also expressed that they are unhappy with the service they have received.<br><br>I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, but based on my experience I cannot recommend this agency.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
