20th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Being a solo first time buyer, the process of buying a house seemed very daunting but luckily I had the support of mortgage advisor Joe Lyon to guide me through the process. He helped not only on the application but explained the insurance options too, as well as on a personal level to answer any other questions I had in the whole process. I was lucky enough to have initial viewings to a mortgage acceptance in less than a few weeks. I am extremely happy with the service and would strongly recommend.

We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. 19th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Confusing and disappointing taking all the positive reviews. Had a viewing booked to which I arrived 25mins early just to make sure I was in the right place. Used the picture from their listing as a reference. Checked the address beforehand too. Been waiting for over 30minutes past my actual viewing booking time in front of the entrance thinking maybe they stuck in the traffic on their way to see me. When rang the office I’ve been told the agent has been waiting for 10minutes and gone and I must have been waiting in the wrong place…

31st Mar 2026 (3 days ago)I'll be avoiding Haarts at all. Owner withdraw the property and we weren't even refunded back holding deposit. Following up now since weeks. Called the agent directly, never picked. Called property management, they said refund was processed but never provided transaction ID. They never really follow up after the first call where we mention the problem 100x times. BIG SCAM. Will be reporting to Redress scheme.

The process was very long winded based on delays with solicitors and Gareth was constantly in touch with us and trying to push it all along. Highly recommended!

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
