3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Liz Cooke at Kendalls was absolutely excellent and worked very hard to get our house sale over the line; we're grateful for all her tireless communications with the various parties involved, her expertise and tenacity!<br>By way of helpful feedback - we felt that, on reflection, our property was over-priced in the first instance, which made for a slow start to the viewing process, and the original photographs / sales brochure could have been better, but this was rectified quickly.<br>But once we had a buyer Liz Cooke pulled out all the stops and did a great job for us.
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)They were so bad we have already parted ways. After 3 viewings with zero feedback and excuse after excuse they finally allowed us to exit the contract early. That’s how confident they were at selling our property. The office is full of staff fresh out of school who lack basic sales skills. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very different to the William H Brown I knew when I used to work in mortgages/banking years ago. Zero customer service!

She worked tirelessly for us almost every single day of the painful conveyancing period, liaising with such across the entire chain, bringing swift answers and moving the sale forward. Chloe was an understanding ear and a positive force when things looked difficult. Thankyou to this young woman who will go far!

Ian was very honest and helpful at the initial valuation and kept us updated on developments throughout the process, including some delicate negotiations with both sets of solicitors who seemed to be dragging their feet. Tom was the perfect gentleman, always helpful, polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Redroots works well with its solicitor partners, HSR Law, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, our personal Redroots Sales Agent gave us excellent counsel and guidance throughout. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co.
