The team at Hunter’s Barnsley are a fantastic team and really can’t do enough for you. Queries and calls are answered promptly, they take the hassle out of selling. I would highly recommend them.

9th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible service - we called the office as we could not find the flat we were supposed to view(we had the postcode but no number for the road was provided), lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, kept saying that they had a lot viewings already booked for the flat and did not help at all. In the end we did not attend the viewing as we could not find the flat. Avoid.

Really disappointed at the ‘Tactics’ used by this branch to blank out a genuine buyer willing to pay full market value and sneakily selling to someone else for £20k less and taking advantage of a delicate situation which involved bereavement for the selling family. Not good practice at all! I would never want to deal with this branch and trust them with a property as they purposely ignore calls and messages! But answer straight away when ringing from a different number and return calls as well to a different number!!! Very unprofessional and unfair trading practices which the Property Ombudsman would love to hear about!

10th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Dealing with Sam and the team at Movenowproperties was a fantastic experience from the first contact all the way through to completion of my property. I made an enquiry overnight and was contacted promptly the following day to arrange a viewing. Sam was very knowledgeable about the property and was completely professional. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys as many didn’t make any contact or if they did, it was up to a week after making an enquiry! Their loss because I had already viewed a fantastic and progressing. The Conveyancing Team she recommended were also very efficient. Thanks to Sam and her Team.

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again. Thoroughly recommend.

The second couple put in an offer immediately after their viewing and ADM negotiated to an acceptable price in a couple of days. Both sides are very happy thanks to Alethea and the ADM team. Thanks for your recommendation.

9th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)EDIT - The truth is in countdown www.richardkendall.agency If you want to be fobbed off, verbally talked down to and even experience attempts of extortion all whilst trying to live in a house that you pay a lot of money each month for then Richard Kendall estate agents along with staff Carol Roger’s, Allanah Kelly, Isaac Brocklehurst along with landlords Zosimo and Anne Kathleen Vietes are exactly who you need. Slow and ignored repairs. House full of mould and damp. Report withheld. Move an adult son in which is allowed by the tenancy agreement and they start trying to extort you and only stop with a legal demand to stop. When house condition is so bad you demand rectification they issue a retaliatory Section 21 notice. Now having to have property inspected by council and independent damp people. Then when trying to oblige their illegal section 21 they block you viewing other property. I am not a nut job I have rented for over 20 years in 5 properties (this is my sixth). I have never, ever experienced such malpractice by an agent as I am now. What’s worse is they have got themselves in a position where they won’t reach out for remedy and are digging the hole deeper and deeper. Still waiting on the handy man Allanah. Bedroom 2 now the living room it’s so bad and no lounge. But. I will keep paying the rent
