They clearly understand what outstanding customer service looks like and deliver it effortlessly at every stage of the process. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. 21st May 2026 (23 days ago)Sold my lovely first home with Your Move. Joe, Charlotte & the team were excellent from start to finish. Real, genuine people who actually care!! They were also the estate agents who I bought my new house from and they helped my solicitors get me in within 6 weeks (just in time for my baby girls arrival!) They were all a huge help at a really stressful time & I couldn't thank them all enough - would totally use them again and reccomend to anyone!

David came to our house today to carry out a valuation and we were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest and helpful advice about our property and the local market. We found him approachable, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the Wakefield area. The whole experience was positive and stress-free, and we would highly recommend David and the team at Reeds Rains Wakefield to anyone looking for a property valuation or estate agent services.

This is absolutely wrong. Very unfair on me. But it's always me that never gets nothing.in the future, if you do not want to take me on then just say and I'll look somewhere else.definitely doesn't like me because I'm autistic. Always making excuses.very disappointed.

9th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

The photos of the house were brilliant and the marketing is the best around . Would highly recommend them and we will be definitely be using them again
