20th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Being a solo first time buyer, the process of buying a house seemed very daunting but luckily I had the support of mortgage advisor Joe Lyon to guide me through the process. He helped not only on the application but explained the insurance options too, as well as on a personal level to answer any other questions I had in the whole process. I was lucky enough to have initial viewings to a mortgage acceptance in less than a few weeks. I am extremely happy with the service and would strongly recommend.

In the final stages of completing she was very helpful in getting it sorted, dealing with both solicitors and clients in a long chain of six! Always professional, kind and supportive throughout the process, with many phone calls and reassuring explanations. Our thanks especially to Heidi and all the team at Simon Blyth in Lindley who we would thoroughly recommend.

Easy to speak with and very well explained the process start to finish, any queries were answered quickly and they made sure you understood everything. When we decided to move out of the previous property, one thing we knew for sure, that we would stick with Paisley and wait until they had a property that suited us. The reason for it is that all the staff at the Almondbury office have been relentless in providing a very positive experience for us.

Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Martin personally took care of viewings and a visit from a surveyor for us. He arranged an EPC at no cost to us. We would definitely use EweMove again and would recommend them to anyone.

26th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I’m not the kind of person to bother writing reviews, however, I feel that my experience with Home and Manor has been the best I’ve had to date and I’ve bought and sold quite a few houses over the years. From the very start of the process Kelly came out to value my property and I feel she got the valuation spot on but in addition to that she impressed me with her experience and drive. She convinced me that Home and Manor would provide a first class service. I managed to sell my property for asking price and throughout, I have been kept in the loop at every stage. From viewings to offers everything was kept stream lined with excellent communication from Alex, Amanda, Jack and Lexie. The sale progression has also been amazing with Laura Oldroyd, keeping me updated every week. Over all I think they are absolutely fantastic and would recommend to anyone.
