21st Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.

25th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Laura and Lucy dealt with the sale of a probate house for us. They made the process very simple and returned calls the same day when we did have queries. They were sympathetic to the emotional situation of sale, I would 100 per cent recommend them for conveyancing.

When valued by David who was lovely, friendly and professional we were informed that we would have no problem selling our house. Here we are nearly 4 months later after only 4 viewings where nobody was in a position to proceed. It has come to light that they over value your property. They offer very little advice, attention to detail and communication is poor. Then when I informed them I was unhappy with the service and wished to leave them they state I have to give 28 days notice before I can re advertise with another agent, but they take it off the market after 20 days without informing me. Im sorry but I do not feel they go out of their way to sell your property hence the number for sale through them around our area. All clearly overpriced. I did deal with a lovely lady one weekend, but my main contact was with Jack who just said "we will move your photos around and send your house to new people on our books" every time I spoke to him. Then proceeded to talk rubbish about nothing of any value saying things will pick up after the school holidays which is rubbish as very few houses have sold where I live.
There seems to be really positive reviews around two ladies who work there, but unfortunately I haven't had any contact with them or this review may have been very different. I have been generous giving two stars but as David was great and the weekend lady 1 star didnt feel fair

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.
9th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.

1st Nov 2026 (7 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller.
99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline.
The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries.
For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

3rd Mar 2026 (8 mo. ago)We recently completed our house sale with Logic, which has been a long time coming with several delays (not by logic!) and they have been top tier throughout. They are flexible, will carry out viewings or let you show potential buyers around if it suits better. Megan is extremely responsive, both via email and WhatsApp which makes everything that little more seamless. Thank you to Megan and the rest who have been involved, I would recommend each time. Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it.
This is bulling tactic
