9th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I’ll be honest, most of the estate agents I have used in Wakefield are genuine and responsive to my queries….this one though I am not too certain with. I did give them 3 stars to give them the benefit of the doubt but they fail to communicate like any other estate agents. They never kept me up to date with properties on the mailing list and fail to respond to queries in a timely manner. Their complaints process and department are useless….a donkey would have more knowledge and understanding…for this reason, I’d avoid them like the plague.

Charging a whopping £528 claiming there were marks and scuffs to the wall when I moved out only for an independent adjudicator to prove that only £40 would suffice to repair the said marks and scuffs. Level of extortion!!
18th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Inquired three times about this property, they said they would get back to me and no one got back to me about the property it's since been taken off the market. This is very disgusting, I have been waiting. For over a month. Not very pleased with the service, I'm very disappointed. Did not want to take me on. Because I claim housing benefit. Trying to go back to work and making my situation worse. Three times I inquired with this property they said to me they would get back to me no one got back to me. Very bad.misleading you. Have serious problems with my landlord. Trying to move out where I live in. But making the situation hard when they could have told me in the first place they didn't want me, I would have gone somewhere else. Weighed nearly over a month. They said they were waiting on the landlord and that's all I was getting excuse after excuse. I'm going to take this to the council for discrimination. And let the council investigate now.

Hopefully I'll find something else with someone else. Do not respond to emails. And do not respond. When you send a request for a property. No, very good. I will go somewhere else. I know where I'm not wanted.

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.
20th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We feel they have made the process of selling our son’s property so much easier for us. They have a friendly, honest approach and have keep communication going at all times, which has been extremely helpful for us.
9th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.

They are both extremely professional in what they do but at the same time very helpful and friendly can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.
23rd Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Samantha, Jack, and the rest of the team did their best for us; however, we unfortunately sold at the wrong time, just as the UK 2026 market stalled, and we had to reduce the price more than we usually would have. The buyer got a bargain, and it stings somewhat! That isn´t MoveNow Properties' fault, though; they were quick to respond, did accompanied viewings after normal hours when needed, and worked to facilitate a quick exchange and completion of a chain-free transaction.

Redroots works well with its solicitor partners, HSR Law, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, our personal Redroots Sales Agent gave us excellent counsel and guidance throughout. I would highly recommend Redroots for a smooth, reassuring and efficient sales experience.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

1st Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)This was the first time I’d sold a house so I was hesitant to use an independent estate agent, but I’m so glad I did!<br><br>I can’t recommend Chris enough. I’d actually made an offer on a house prior to marketing mine so I needed a really quick turnaround and Chris exceeded my expectations. He and his photographer were able to visit the following day and my advert went live very quickly - it was nice to be involved in choosing the photos and wording of the advert too.<br><br>Chris has the experience of mainstream estate agents but is able to provide a more personalised experience in my opinion. His communication was quick, clear and viewings were well coordinated. My house was marketed and sold STC within 5 days!<br><br>Not only is Chris professional and knowledgable, he’s also friendly and very down to earth. I felt comfortable with him in my house and around my family which made a huge difference to my experience. I’ll recommend him to anyone!
