27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Our initial contact was speedy and promising however this didn't live up to expectations as the agent over promised and under delivered. We then were put on to another agent who rewrote the text for the advert, put the advert in a more prominent place and then communicated really well with us and gave very sound advice as we progressed our sale. We will always be very grateful for their assistance.

From the beginning, Steve was very professional, friendly and empathic. He supported me through this emotional journey of selling my home and offered sensible advice when required. He secured me a buyer very quickly and made sure that he checked the empty property on a regular basis to ensure all was well, not just for the buyer, but for my peace of mine as I was out of the area. He updated me on a regular basis when he had ascertained the progress of my buyer. I had every confidence in him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling their property.
