I cannot fault their communication and responsiveness, they also went above and beyond and helped with any questions I had and advice I needed regarding our sale which wasn't even through Richard State. Andrew was lovely in our viewing, gave us great information and answered any questions we had promptly. There was no negative pressure and they helped us get everything over the line as promptly as possible! Rory was also on hand to respond to any questions we had! I would highly recommend them and the amazing team for their clear communication and we overall had a great experience with them!

Problems were dealt with professionally and in a supportive and timely manner, and communications were clear and prompt. Neal Aldridge and Stephanie Hazley receive special mention for their knowledge and expertise.

The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. 26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

I have also used them for property sales as well as letting and this experience is consistent across the offerings. I could not recommend them more highly

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

25th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I can highly recommend Century 21. After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

You really couldn’t ask for more from an estate agent. He has an excellent understanding of both the market and his clients, which clearly makes all the difference. His communication throughout was outstanding. He was always available, responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had. We felt fully supported every step of the way. Thank you!
