26th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Landlords - Must Read<br><br>We used this estate agent’s tenant introduction service to find tenants for two of our flats in Nightingale Quarter, Derby. They successfully found tenants for both properties, but unfortunately, our experience after that was extremely disappointing.<br><br>For one of the flats, we did not receive a statement for two months despite chasing this several times. We have also never received a statement or any money relating to our Dalton House flat. The same commission and charges were agreed for both properties.<br><br>Communication has been particularly frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get through to anyone by phone, and when we do manage to speak to someone, we are repeatedly told that someone will call us back, but the promised call does not happen.<br><br>Overall, this has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our experience has been that communication was much better while the tenancy arrangements were being completed, but once the deal was done, getting responses and resolving outstanding issues became extremely difficult.<br><br>We would strongly recommend that anyone considering using their services carefully considers the level of aftercare and communication they can expect once the tenancy has been arranged.

Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
