Just clear advice and honest valuation.<br>Photos and 360 Tour for my property were excellent and definitely showed the property at its best.<br>After sale agreed, the sales coordinator Hannah kept a regular gentle pressure on both sets of lawyers to ensure as quick a completion as possible, which saved me doing it.<br>Would be happy to recommend Cope & Co.

She has been very attentive, responsible and proactive from the beginning, and her communication has been excellent at all times.<br><br>We had an issue with a previous tenant, and Sophie handled the situation really well, helping us find the best possible solution and move forward quickly and smoothly.<br><br>Chris was also incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was always available, quick and efficient, and did a great job presenting us with suitable candidates and keeping things moving.<br><br>Between them, they made what could have been quite a stressful situation feel much easier to manage. We are now very happy with the outcome and with the new tenancy.<br><br>I’m very grateful for all their support and would absolutely recommend them.

They were very positive about the market when we set up the sale., although I do understand it might have been a difficult time to sell. When phoning there was often just an answer machine although they did get back to us quickly. No floor plan was done and some of the photos didn’t show the property in its best light. They were very pleasant and sent regular emails each week to update us.

The team kept me updated every step of the way and made everything stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

26th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Landlords - Must Read<br><br>We used this estate agent’s tenant introduction service to find tenants for two of our flats in Nightingale Quarter, Derby. They successfully found tenants for both properties, but unfortunately, our experience after that was extremely disappointing.<br><br>For one of the flats, we did not receive a statement for two months despite chasing this several times. We have also never received a statement or any money relating to our Dalton House flat. The same commission and charges were agreed for both properties.<br><br>Communication has been particularly frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get through to anyone by phone, and when we do manage to speak to someone, we are repeatedly told that someone will call us back, but the promised call does not happen.<br><br>Overall, this has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our experience has been that communication was much better while the tenancy arrangements were being completed, but once the deal was done, getting responses and resolving outstanding issues became extremely difficult.<br><br>We would strongly recommend that anyone considering using their services carefully considers the level of aftercare and communication they can expect once the tenancy has been arranged.

Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
