29th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)They get an extra star for actually managing to find a buyer. However it was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. The lowlights included them: 1) scheduling a surveyor to come to our property without telling us and letting them in when we were out the house; 2) turning up to our property and letting themselves in 24 hours before a viewing; 3) scheduling a viewing without telling us and letting in a potential buyer while we were working; 4) frequently giving misinformation to our lawyers, buyers, and even sellers. If you are selling a property, avoid like the plague, unless you want someone to let themselves into your property unannounced and immediately ask you "why are you stressed".

15th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)Estate agent had family living in our block for decades and had lived here himself. He was clearly the best person to sell our flat. We received two offers within two weeks of listing the property.
22nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Could improve communication with tenants and be more present for the details during the signature. The agency has a transactional relationship with the tenant. The manager is nice/personable, however. Update: To respond to your reply, the agents didn’t agree to slightly adjust the terms of the contract and I never received the digital copy of the contract that was agreed to be sent. There was no particular service, the service was transactional. Note that the reason there were so many phone calls is because I needed to get confirmation / a signed contract. Service was fine so I gave 3 stars, it isn’t a bad rating but it could be better on the tenant side. A bit odd to react this way though, surely it’s best to understand how to do better? Thank you.

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park team are just outstanding- from the moment I started the journey on selling our home, Louis and Billy Boyle were there ievery step of the way. When we found buyer, it went to another level. When things get caught up, as they always do, Louis was offering solutions, advice and moving all parties along. They are not just doing a sales job when they come into your home to pitch to sell it, they are a team that genuinely care and support you every step of the way. Thank you Benham and Reeves - you are definitely NOT the same as all other estate agents!
