The viewing was straightforward and easy to set up, the chap who showed me around the property was friendly and honest, and Suzanah was great at keeping me updated throughout the buying process. Calders were generally quick to reply, whether to me or my conveyancing solicitor, and I appreciate their help.

Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.
