Charging a whopping £528 claiming there were marks and scuffs to the wall when I moved out only for an independent adjudicator to prove that only £40 would suffice to repair the said marks and scuffs. Level of extortion!!
8th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)It was a slow start with minimal viewings,but eventually we got an offer. After this the agent was always helping us keep on track with weekly updates,liasing between buyers & sellers solicitors!

18th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a buyer, Robinson Hornsby were brilliant throughout the process. They kept us up to date with any progress on the sale via email. The staff were very polite and professional. We would definitely want to use them if we were selling a property.
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

21st Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Really happy with the service from Holly and the team at Your Move Doncaster.<br><br>Holly was friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole purchase. There were a few delays along the way, but she always stayed in touch and helped keep things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated her support from the viewing right through to completion and collecting the keys.<br><br>Thanks again Holly and the team — definitely recommended.

They were able to find a tenant for my three bedroom house within two weeks. Angie and her letting team are really good and I will surely use them again and will also recommend them to my friends and family. Mr Vitus Dominic.

He knew everything about the house, went into detail in each room, simple things that other estate agents don't mention such as the age of the windows etc. Was also able to answer every question.
6th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

Redroots works well with its solicitor partners, HSR Law, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, our personal Redroots Sales Agent gave us excellent counsel and guidance throughout. I would highly recommend Redroots for a smooth, reassuring and efficient sales experience.
