Value for money, we spend nothing.
The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.
Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Her calm, confident approach gave us reassurance throughout, and she seemed to find a solution to every challenge that arose.
Selling a property is never straightforward, and our sale certainly had its fair share of hurdles. However, the determination, expertise and teamwork shown by Charlene and Alice were exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond what we would ever have expected from an estate agent.

Jessica handled our sale, she discussed everything thoroughly with us beforehand and listened to how we wanted the house to be marketed. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She and the team responded promptly to all of our queries and were easy to contact via WhatsApp throughout the process. The house sold on the first viewing, which was down to the professional photographs and comprehensive marketing. Jessica negotiated the price with our buyers to ensure we achieved our asking price. We cannot thank them enough.

24th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was left very disappointed with their vice after asking them for 3 months for a video of the property to be added to the right move platforms, social media marketing was non existent until we asked for it and the original gentleman who we agreed the sale of the property left the company and nobody bothered to inform us.

Sheppard and Bear have been so helpful , friendly and knowledgeable they helped me sell my property in super quick time. I had a few problems my end and they were so understanding and communicated to both parties throughout the process. I can not thank them enough and I would definitely recommend this estate agents, they are a breath of fresh air
