19th Jan 2026 (28 days ago)I cannot recommend William & Donovan enough, their service, especially Anita during the initial viewings and Steph during the sales process have been exceptional. At every single stage they kept us updated & continuously went out of their way to provide us with updates. We were on the purchasing side this time around however would have no concerns using the again if we do eventually sell! 5* service

Rich told me he would sell my house within two months. It was sold and I am so grateful to them.im now able to move on . So far everything is going smoothly.

27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.
11th Feb 2026 (5 days ago)We recently moved in our new family home Louise was amazing all the way through keeping me in the loop and updating she is a kind caring person, we worked well to achieve the end goal on completion day I was quite upset in the office due to the Solictors waiting for the money to reach the top Louise chased it and did everything in her power to get answers. All the staff are kind Harry showed us round our house twice and is also a kind person smiling and polite. Massive thank you to you all xxxx

She went out of her way to ensure it was sent within minutes. This is not the first time she has been so helpful and is a real asset to Pace. We appointed Pace as our managing agents some 3 years ago and the service we have received from Martin and all the team at Pace has been fantastic Faversham Lodge management committee

However once we went with them we had an offer within 3 days from the first viewers Felt great about it and then communications seemed to stop and was left in the dark and we had to chase for further info and timeliness etc

31st Jan 2026 (16 days ago)Applying a higher bar, such as demanding a guarantor only for those on benefits when the income amount is the same, constitutes discrimination which is unlawful. Was told i need a guarantor to rent because a member of the household is disabled and in receipt of benefits but if thy were not we wouldnt need one. Then to be told its the referencing agencies which i contacted directly to be told its not their policy but the agents. Seriously thinking of reporting to property ombudsman ????
