He was highly professional and clearly very experienced, guiding us confidently through every stage of the process. We felt completely supported throughout conveyancing, as well as helping us understand aspects of the surveys and even helping to support with our own chain. Josh kept everything on track and made the process feel extremely smooth and stress free as there were aspects we wouldn’t have been able to deal with ourselves as first time buyers. We couldn’t recommend Josh & Madison Fox enough!

From the very start, she was professional, knowledgeable, and was quick in answering queries about the process. What really stood out against other agents was the non- pushy approach before we decided to proceed, and their marketing strategy. Jess secured 6 viewings within the first couple of days, which led to us having a choice of offers. Thanks to Jess’ negotiations, our home sold considerably above the asking price, and we were confident that all the right questions had been asked. We were happy that Jess was contactable for any queries, especially as it was our first time selling a property, and she was able to give advice about the property we purchased. Thank you, Jess. We’re so grateful that you were able to find lovely buyers for our home.

The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

19th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Although I haven’t ended up buying a property through Douglas Allen, I did want to leave a review for Oscar Garcia. I’ve been searching for around 18 months now, and during that time Oscar has been one of the few agents who has stayed in touch consistently without being pushy. He has mainly been in contact with my mum rather than me directly, but even so, it’s been clear that he’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and only reaches out when something relevant comes up, which makes a big difference. Compared to other agents I’ve spoken to, who often ignore my criteria, Oscar has been far more attentive and considerate. Even without a completed purchase, his communication and approach have really stood out. She went out of her way to ensure a viewing for us before a family trip to Scotland & she was right when saying it was right for us. The rest of the team in Wickford have been great as well but Caroline desrves all the credit for finding us our perfect home. Thanks again to all involved

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)We recently moved across Essex and were recommended Tinsley & Co by a close friend who had previously worked within the sector - following our experience, we are most comfortable to also highly recommend them onwards to both family and community contacts (and, in fact, we have already done this whilst our items still remain within packing boxes) We found the professionalism, with integrity, delivered by the Tinsley Team, most welcoming and allowed us to confidently ‘hand-over’ the promotion and necessary guidance towards the selling of our most valuable possession as we secured the onwards purchase of our new Home. 14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.
14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)They sold a property (our next door) they left the signage right next to our car - it was clearly not installed properly - it fell over and damaged the paint on our car. We did speak to them and they passed us to the signage company - both companies are not happy to cover the cost of damages or provide insurance details for us to recoup our loss. They do not respond to our emails. Not very ethical company.
