23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.
16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!
1st Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Last year I sold my house in Marsh thanks to the excellent advice and service from Chris Jowett. The house was on the market for most of the previous year (2019) with a different estate agent and throughout the extremely slow and stressful process I was disappointed at the lack of communication and progress. What a difference when I placed the property back on the market in 2020 with Jowett Estate Agents. Chris Jowett's knowledge of the market in this area and his judgment, skill and experience with regard to asking price and negotiating the sale proved invaluable. Chris undertook most of the work himself, from the initial visit, and later visits for photos and measurements, etc. to final completion. Details and photos were posted online very speedily and the 'For Sale' board also in place. Chris did the viewings, and in less than 2 weeks informed me of two keen buyers, both offering the full purchase price. After further negotiation by Chris, I proceeded with one of the buyers and the sale was successfully completed. I was very pleased with the excellent, fast and very professional service I received and I was kept informed at every stage as the sale progressed. I definitely recommend this agent and would use again.

Wainwrights were great and when we found our perfect property they helped everything run so smoothly. A big thank you for all their advice and assistance. Lovely people.
13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Had a lot of communication mainly with Dewi who was easily contactable, did what he promised to do and a good link between us and our buyer. Kept us calm when things got difficult (as they often do) and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for sales.
29th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Most helpful landlord we have ever used. Efficient and responsive, the care we have had makes them stand out. Issues are dealt with promptly and the estates manager takes time to check that tenants are satisfied. Currently using Northwich Business Centre

I have to commend the services of Emily and Jessica at Unique Estate Agency Fleetwood who got me my viewing when i wanted, and took care of all the minor detail from here forward. An excellent service I would say and would almost certainly be my next option when rebuying or renting. Thanks to all the Team x

The team could not have been more helpful , great communication , so many headaches trying to sell the property but they dealt with them all as they came along . This has been such a difficult time for me and my family and Rita’s Lettings were wonderful ,caring , kind, considerate and professional .

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
