The valuation was what I expected, the brochure was great and all the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed at every stage. There were a number of occasions when the sale was in jeopardy and their intervention ensured the sale was successful

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
17th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
