We were buyers, but the help, support, and advice we received from Scarlett, Beth, and the rest of the team at the Cleveleys branch was unbelievable. The advice they gave us helped speed up the sale, and they also chased the seller for the numerous questions we had regarding the property. The level of urgency and confidence they exuded in their service levels cemented our decision to buy the property. Thank you!

17th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Our viewer (Maisie) was lovely, she was friendly and patient with us as we looked around. We are in the process of buying this property and this was our second viewing, she allowed us time to do everything we needed to without us feeling rushed. We were able to speak to her easily and there was no awkwardness. She was amazing with our children, making them feel at ease and involving them in the conversations. She is an absolute asset to Frank Wyles.
23rd Jun 2025 (1 day ago)Booked a viewing with these guys, had two confirmation emails, travelled 40 minutes in rush hour traffic for nobody to turn up. When I contacted the office, apparently it wasn’t in the diary. Checked online to find the property SSTC. These guys are liars, beware anyone buying from these people. DO NOT TRUST THEM. AVOID THiS COMPANY!!!!!!!

We looked at many properties via all the Estate Agents in Lytham & St Annes & all the people showing the houses were pleasant to deal with. However, although registered with all the Estate Agents, County Estate Agents were the only agents who were proactive in trying to find us a suitable property & for this we were very grateful. Thankyou Richard & Lisa.

6th Feb 2019 (6 years ago)After having spoke with every estate agent in Blackpool while looking for investment properties to buy, it became very clear, very quickly that Christie King were the most professional of them all. Not only that they have gone above and beyond in what they have done for me, they continue to provide me with a outstanding service. I have purchased one property through them and now use them to manage my investment property with another being added soon. They are a small team with excellent local knowledge and expertise, Oliver looks after me mainly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

20th Feb 2025 (18 weeks ago)I purchased a property through Forbes and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the way Lisa has dealt with everything. She truly has gone above and beyond to help with the whole process even dealing with things that were really outside of her remit. I just wish I’d used Forbes to sell my own house at the same time as, from the day it was sold last September to now, I haven’t had a single communication from Ben Rose. In comparison, Lisa at Forbes has kept in touch on a regular basis and done a lot of work to keep things moving so if you’re looking for an exceptional estate agent I would certainly say use Forbes.
