Guiding me every step of the way and answered any questions I had or if I had any difficulties she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond with the move ensuring everything was perfect for when I moved in. I am very grateful for her help and the smoothness of which this happened I am very happy with it all from Martin and co but Leigh ecspecially, thankyou!!!

16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)After a few little hiccups at the start they were actually brilliant …Adam Tom and other Tom were actually excellent ..include Gracie at the end too!! Stressful isn’t the word ..I’d never wanna do it again but yeah ..we got there in the end and I’m very happy !

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

6th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.
11th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Mandy and Dale at Harts guided us through our house purchase with a perfect blend of professionalism and sincere, personal interest in both their clients and ourselves, looking after both parties with friendliness and efficiency. This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.
16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)??????????<br><br>We’ve had a really positive experience with Tom Smallwood at Oakmans from the initial valuation right through to getting both of our properties on the market.<br><br>Tom has been friendly, professional and really easy to deal with throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to what we wanted and never made us feel pressured. We were particularly impressed with how quickly everything was organised and how well the properties were presented once they went live.<br><br>There were a few small tweaks we wanted making to the listings after launch, but Tom was approachable and helpful in getting these sorted for us.<br><br>Selling two properties at the same time felt quite daunting at the beginning, but Tom has made the process feel straightforward so far. We’re really pleased we chose Oakmans and would happily recommend Tom to anyone thinking of selling.

12th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)These guys will over-value your house so you will chose them as their agents, but the valuation is not realistic so the house sits on the market for months on end !! Clearly new and inexperienced , you’re better off using a reputable company that knows what they’re doing!

However, they put me in touch with their mortgage broker, Ricky Parmar, to help with my mortgage application, particularly as my credit history wasn’t perfect.<br><br>From the outset, I found Ricky to be extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. He talked me through the whole application process, found a specialist lender suitable for my circumstances, and helped me navigate the numerous queries that came back from the underwriters.<br><br>There were several points along the way when I worried that something might throw a spanner in the works, but Ricky was always reassuring and helped put my mind at ease.
