Their personal, people-centred approach put us at ease and we felt confident that they would do the same for the buyers. Their knowledge of the local market is matched with national coverage via the online selling platforms. We live outside of the UK and they helped with factors that arise in this situation. We sold our house at above the price quoted by other estate agents whilst paying a commission significantly below what their competitors were asking for. All round, a fine experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

23rd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)It is rare to find an estate agent that provides a professional service. Ian & Ryan are fair, balanced, landlord and customer focused from a landlord and tenant perspective. Far better than the large faceless chains and online offers.
