He worked tirelessly from start to finish to not only sell our house but to also purchase our next home through Austin Gray too. 8th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to both landlords and tenants.

The team was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. 10th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
31st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

The renting process was very quick and systematic, with transparency, they've gone out of their way to facilitate us here in Brighton. Once I forgot my key by accident and Neil was so kind to drive to the office, retrieve an extra key for us and help us get in. THANK YOU GUYS !

They collected several months of rent in advance from the tenant, but it has now been three months and they still have not paid us the money that is owed to us. Communication has been poor, and the delay is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency.
