1st Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Leo and George were very helpful and profesisonal throughout the process and provided a great service. Would definitely reccomend.
14th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We listed the flat twice with Phillips and Still, once in the winter with perhaps too high a price. There was little interest and we took it off the market and re-let it for a short tenancy. We relisted the property with them in the summer at a lower price, and an offer was received almost straight away. The agent was quite proactive and liaised very well with the buyers and ourselves. Towards completion the buyer showed some remorse, because of falling prices generally and wanted a £10,000 reduction in the price. Again, the agent was quite proactive and we settled on a £5000 price reduction with an expedited completion. The agent recommended a local conveyancer, but after a lot of internet searches we chose another local firm, Cunningtons, but we were disappointed with them, and probably should have followed the agent's recommendation. Overall we were quite satisfied with Phillips and Still, although we were disappointed with the quality of the photos on the website, which were taken before the new carpets were installed and before the professional cleaning was done. However, because we got an offer so quickly, there was no need to redo them

Zoe Woodward was an excellent Sales Progressor who kept me consistently updated throughout the process and was always available to explain each stage clearly. Her communication was outstanding, and she was incredibly proactive in liaising with me, the seller, and the conveyancing solicitors to keep everything moving forward smoothly. Zoe’s professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend Zoe Woodward and Sawyer Estate Agents to anyone looking for a supportive and efficient team.

All the Staff were very professional and we were provided with excellent customer service throughout; Sam deserves special mention. Once we had received an offer we could accept, Donna went way beyond what we could have expected. Our purchase was a private transaction so our seller wasn't using an Estate Agent. Donna effectively covered that base as well and we believe, by keeping things moving with both firms of solicitors, she enabled us to buy the flat of our dreams! We are so thankful and would firmly recommend Maslen!

From viewing to completion, they’ve been proactive, supportive and, honestly, quite a lot of fun. Special mention goes to Kate and Kay who are both brilliant. They helped us to feel reassured and calm in the face of a five-house chain and all the tribulations that came with it. Thanks team!
18th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I have been a contractor for John Hilton for many years now, & I have to say that Kimberley Golds has been fantastic in the way she manages her work. Kimberley's organisation scheduling work is second to none. She fully engages you in timelines of when work needs to be started & finished, and lets other contractors know who will be at the property to ensure the smooth running of all works within the property. Kimberley is also very helpful when other colleagues are not in the office, and helps manage their property portfolio. I would recommend that all contractors use Kimberley for her knowledge & understanding of works within the property portfolio.

9th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I have been letting through PS and B for 23 years. Recently they have not paid me my rental income, they are ignoring my emails and calls. I dont know what is going on but I need my income to pay my mortgage payments. I would love one of the directors to make contact.

Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!
22nd May 2026 (4 weeks ago)The worst estate agent I've ever used! I booked a viewing at a property, but when I arrived at the address, the building wasn't there. I spent over 30 minutes looking for it and asking strangers walking by, but no one had ever heard of it! I called the agent, I emailed the agent, and despite all of this, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME! It's been over a week. Don't waste your time with these people!

The process and work with both of them had been very pleasant from the first meeting until the handing over of keys. The communication was clear and open so that we managed to get the apartment in the shortest possible time.

8th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We have managed to get my purchase (no chain) done in a matter of around 6 weeks and Jacobs Steel's Richard Weatherall was instrumental in this. He kept up communications between the seller and the solicitors and ensured me and the seller got everything we needed to do done in a timely way. I'm grateful for a largely stress-free transaction (which I frankly haven't been able to say for the other agencies I have used recently). Damien and his team also managed the viewings process and price negotiation effectively.

Special thanks to Charlie who walked us through the process from start to finish.<br><br>As first time buyers there were lots of things we didn’t know but Charlie was always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. To be completely honest, at the beginning of my experience, I was a little disappointed by some interactions with other members of staff, who were not always as friendly or helpful as I had hoped. However, everything changed when I had the good fortune of dealing with Rebecca. Rebecca has always been there to help me, no matter the situation. She consistently went above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and reassurance whenever I needed it. Even when I may have been a little persistent or asked the same questions more than once, she was always patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. One thing that always stood out to me was the warmth in her voice whenever she answered the phone. No matter how stressed or worried I felt, speaking with Rebecca immediately gave me confidence that everything would be okay. That level of care and genuine compassion is rare and deserves recognition. I truly do not have enough words to thank Rebecca for everything she has done for me. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness have made a huge difference, and I am extremely grateful for all the support she has given me over the years.
