12th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.
12th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

10th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I can not recommend Swan Estate Agency in Crawley highly enough and, genuinely, I am not able to thank the director Jonathon and the whole team, enough for everything they have done with outstanding professionalism, dedication,support and genuine care<br><br>A very special thank you goes to Donna who was simply exceptional ,always going above and beyond what could be expected, even taking the time to reply to one of my emails in her day off, on an early Sunday morning...<br>Donna handled a complex, lengthy situation with remarkable calm, clear and prompt communication and expertise from start to finish<br>No matter how many obstacles arose, Donna and Jonathon, whose extremely knowledgeable, valuable expertise was often required and priceless, remained proactive, patient,responsive and a genuine customer care, together with unwavering professionalism, was always shown.<br><br>The whole situation , from start to finish, elapsed for over 3 months during which time the work ethic remained as strong as it was on day one, never diminished<br><br>Thank you Jonathon for your invaluable, instrumental help, skilled assistance , constant support and again a special thank you to Donna who followed the situation from the outset, she was amazing<br><br>As a property owner who had a serious and pretty lengthy problem with her rented flat I couldn't have found a better agency, they turned a difficult experience into one in which, both the Tenant and I, always felt supported, reassured and constantly updated<br><br>I can not praise all of them enough , simply outstanding<br>Thank you again

4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

12th May 2025 (1 year ago)Very rude staff spoke to David he is the so called director About renting my apartment he asked how they can arrange viewings i replied by saying that I will be able to provide access however David wanted to be given a key instead he then told me that’s bit strange will you be hiding in corner of the rooms whilst we are showing the applicant around I have never heard such a response like this absolutely shocking how they are still in business

Jacob especially helped to keep us informed in the whole process of buying our house! And was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
