12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.
12th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
14th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Professional yet friendly and down to earth - experts in the town, I am a qualified person in my field so I am always shocked how many estate agents are not - but at Brock Taylor they are - and you can tell. it also tells me a lot about a business that they do this when there is no legal requirement to do so. My house was sold and the progression to completion was excellent.. I dealt with Peter and Angel Mostly, but the while team were excellent.

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed. Maintenance and repairs take far too long to be addressed, even when raised as urgent. When issues pose potential safety risks or hazards to tenants, they still fail to take prompt action. Tenant safety and basic upkeep should be a priority, but their lack of responsiveness has made living here frustrating and concerning. Would not recommend.<br>Just to add up ,when contractors finally arrive, the work is consistently left incomplete and below a professional standard.

Jacob especially helped to keep us informed in the whole process of buying our house! And was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems.
