Sometimes not everything goes right the first time, or the second or third for that matter! In our case, we lost sales on our house a bunch of times (through no fault of Acorn or ourselves, it was just one of those things that happens to some). Our sale journey was long and arduous to say the least, but when things are challenging, you won't find a better, or more dedicated and determined team than Acorn Catford behind you! Acorn took the sale of our house personal and fought for us every step of the way; they remained optimistic even when I gave up all hope. Although always professional and communicative, in my experience Acorn went extra miles in lending support, encouragement and enthusiasm throughout. We had great 'gut instinct' when we first met the Manager Richard for the valuation, and the likes of Franco, Amy, Demi and so on have all followed through just as brilliantly. But the star of the show has always been Luke - what a faithful and hard working young man (a credit to Acorn indeed!) All in all the Catford Team have been brilliant from start to finish of my journey. Here's hoping no-one elses journey is as long as mine, but no matter the journey make sure you're on Team Acorn - they play to win!!
Sold two properties through Acorn Catford and have always found the selling process to be well managed and consistent from start to finish. Valuations were accurate and realistic rather than over inflated, viewings were always conducted with adequate notice and respect to the properties and any offers that were put forward to me were backed up with sufficient checks that the buyers were able to buy.
All in all I have been very happy the experience I have had with Acorn Catford and would not hesitate to recommend them as my agent of choice.

Acorn is among the best in a bad bunch in the estate agent business. However, that still leaves room for improvement. Landlords expect value for money. Attention to detail and service to clients are paramount. Going the extra mile to delight clients should be the norm. We would do business again with Acorn, if only because the options are less attractive.
I bought and sold through KFH, I am glad I decided to use them in the end. They were polite and well presented throughout the process. Jack was perfect when it came to communication and finding a buyer for us and really helped push the buyer when things got slow. I reccomend contacting Jack with any of your needs!
Very unreliable, we were told our offer was accepted, card details taken, a week later found out that nothing was arranged and that our offer was still on the table with another offer!! Very stressful dealing with them, even the manager of the branch (Brockley) wasn't very trustworthy, difficult to get hold of, ignoring our emails, saying he would arrange things and he wouldn't. We couldn't believe an agent could be so unreliable! If they were not a big agency we would have thought we got involved into some dodgy business. Everything ok at the end but when we were finally given the landlord's details and got to speak with him we found out the agent hadn't even spoken to him about things he said he would arrange. So disappointing! Good we get to deal directly with the landlord from now on!
We had a fantastic experience renting our new flat with KFH. We've had really horrible experiences with other estate agents, so KFH were a really pleasant surprise. Luke & his colleagues were friendly, helpful, quick & easy to communicate with, and we sorted our entire rental process in a matter of days. I'd highly recommend KFH Peckham & will definitely use their services again.
Our sale was managed by Jamie Crowder at first and then Priyesh Barot, with no real explanation as to where Jamie went.
Priyesh and his colleagues repeatedly gave misinformation to our buyer, — told her we had no chain when we'd made it clear we were buying a flat (which was chain free — perhaps that was the confusion, but it's really not complicated!), then told her we were happy to leave it vacant before we'd completed our purchase (also not true). This cause us much stress as we were worried she might pull out, as we knew KFH would make it seem like our fault to her. Then — the final straw! — told her on completion day that we were out and gave her the keys before we had finished and locked up! She literally turned up WHILE WE WERE CLEANING. Hugely embarrassing, but luckily she was reasonable and had only turned up to drop a few things and then move in later.
KFH were more expensive than their service warranted. They did get our flat sold in the end, but after we'd already gone with another agent due to lack of activity from them. The sale only happened because of a previously interested party losing another purchase elsewhere and coming back to ours after we'd gone to another agent.
Considered giving 2 stars as they were friendly, but these are really basic things that needn't have happened, hence just 1 star — there is no need to mislead buyers just to tell them what they want to hear. It only creates stress and frustration when the truth then appears.

If there would be a possibility to put no stars - I WOULD NOT PUT EVEN ONE! The most horrible experience during my tenancy (still have 6 months left, i do regret that we signed 2 years contract). They always change our flat managers, i never know who to contact and barely seen one of them. The Latest one Kirilee is awful - not responding to my emails (maybe 1 of 5) when i try to call to the main office she is always on her lunch, her colleagues promiss - she will reply to your email - and what? nothing. I had mould problem with my carpet flooring, it took them 2 MONTHS to actually take actions and send contractors to our flat. And now - they removed it and I am sleeping in my living room (en suite with a kitchen) for another month now. is it normal? and I am sharing this flat with my friend and this causes problem for him as well, not being able to use living room and kitchen). Very disappointing. We are paying for double bedroom flat, and I don't even have my own corner in my flat!!! I hope at least this message will be heard!!
