I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. We bought our house with Pedder Brockley and had a great experience. We had been looking for a while and had mixed experiences with estate agents- some were chaotic and several were untrustworthy. However Pedder and Alp in particular was definitely the best agent we worked with, so I was really glad that we ended up buying the house with them. Alp was very friendly, diligent and proactive, making sure we always were kept informed and moving the process along without being pushy or chaotic.
