We have had a rocky time selling our house, with buyers pulling out for various reasons, and Sophie has been by our side being positive and supportive throughout. We have finally sold and exchanged and are nearing completion, but every time I ring or message Sophie, she replies straight away or gets back in such a short time. She is an absolute asset, and I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves and Sophie. She is so invested in helping out and genuinely has made this hard journey so much smoother. Thank you..!!
1st Apr 2025 (29 days ago)First class service. John and his colleagues provided exemplary customer service, it was obvious that, compared to other agents involved in our 'chain', Strutt and Parker really do care about customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

4th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

19th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

13th Apr 2025 (17 days ago)I like to show my appreciation to Samantha Beyers at Colchester lettings for her prompt service regarding a water tank overflow problem at our property. Her immediate action in contacting a Contractor probably prevented a flood. She also responded quickly to my request by email from the contractor for a full and clear description of the problem and future required repair/replacement. We are happy with Samantha's service, professionalism and communication.
14th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)A very positive sell & buy with William H Brown! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for future prospects! Lisa in after sales was amazing! Tom was so helpful from the start. We spoke to other estate agents and really was not keen on there approach (to many phone calls, there only way of selling was moaning about other agencies ect) but Tom & Lauren where so super helpful and actually listened to our time frame ect. The girls who showed us the house we bought were so helpful & friendly. Lisa at after sales is amazing!!!! Unfortunately the only downside is the solicitors William H Brown sent us to, we’ve had hardly any correspondence from them, but thank god for Lisa who kept us updated & let us know details, payments, even when we had exchanged ect as otherwise we wouldn’t have known due to our solicitors being terrible! She really kept us in the loop, gave us faith we would make it to our deadline and was just so helpful at every phone call / email. She’s amazing at what she does, and like I said we would have been so lost with out her! We can’t thank her enough!

Their advertising must be good, as our first viewer had been in the first week of being on the market. Liam had telephoned to discuss the outcome, and explain that, on this occasion, the viewing had been unsuccessful, but had taken the time to give us further advice, and we now eagerly await further interest.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
2nd Feb 2024 (1 year ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

Craig and his team were superb throughout , making sure that all issues were resolved and ensuring that all our chain managed to complete on the required day. I definitely recommend Fine and Country for purchases in this area.

31st Mar 2025 (30 days ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.
