4th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)The overall experience with Oakheart Sudbury has been exceptional, particularly thanks to Freddie who has been attentive, professional and incredibly understanding. During our buying and selling experiences, we have come across many estate agents who can be a little too pushy when trying to sell their services, we haven't experienced this at all with Oakheart or with Freddie. The service Freddie has provided has been unmatched and we honestly can't thank him enough for securing our sale.

They have helped with selling of my property with ease and when viewing properties they have for sale, their expertise outshines others. The team have passion and drive and cannot fault anything within the company.
