His local knowledge was spot on, instead of dragging us through endless time-wasting viewings, he filtered our enquires and brought the right buyer to us and our home sold after just one viewing. He stayed on top of things throughout the sale too, chasing the solicitors when needed to keep everything moving.    We were originally with a different agent that sold fine houses in the Country to Michael Graham. In general I can say that the sales team were proactive, they took better images of the house, they did viewings at weekends (as well as week days), there was cover when our agent was on holiday. Our previous agent was more expensive, and did not offer this type of service. I recommend Michael Graham for the area surrounding Buckingham.... Read more

   Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.     We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion.
