29th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)We have been using Northwood to rent our property since 2013. We lived abroad from 2013-2015. They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

Robert communicated with ourselves, our buyers and chased buyers solicitors when needed, his team also were a great help when he was on holiday. Robert recommended Switalski Solicitora and Sarah was amazing, she was so efficient and kept us updated every step of the way.<br>We felt truly looked after and considering house moving could be very stressful, we honestly thought we had a smooth and easy experience.<br>Thanks to all involved!

18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

3rd Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I would not recommend Purplebricks services. I paid for a hosted viewings package as I was unable to conduct viewings myself. The first viewing was booked and confirmed by the hosted viewings team however the team failed to turn up to show the potential buyer the property, as a result they could not view the property. After I made a complaint I received an Armenia response form the hosted viewings team denying it was their fault. It also seems that out of spite the hosted viewings package was deactivated on my account, without my permission or request and unbeknown to me. A second viewing was booked which again, the hosted viewings team did not turn up to. Purplebricks effectively seemed to be trying their best to block the sale of my property by not allowing people to access my property. They could not provide a sufficient answer as to why they failed to turn up twice and I lost all confidence that they could sell my flat and as a result I took it off the market. The complaints process took several weeks to deal with my complaint and an initial offer of a £225 refund was an insult given that I paid £1499 for the package (hosted viewings listed as £899). A second and final offer saw a refund of £625, which is still no where near enough to pay me back for their failure to comply with the contract and the inconvenience I experienced given they significantly delayed the sale of my property.

I’d never sold a house before and Keith was so patient with all of my questions. In fact, he was wonderful and l was so lucky to have him as my estate agent. They were organised and great at responding to emails or calls. They offered advice when things got a bit tricky, and were pragmatic when we had decisions to make. We were selling the house long distance, and we trusted them completely to deal with everything in our absence. They were very competitive in terms of fees.
