Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism, knowledge and recent tenacity when dealing with tenants on my behalf has been second to none. I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with Jess going forward and feel confident that my properties continue to be in very safe hands.
10th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. Our house sold within a week for the full asking price, and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.<br>Communication was excellent from start to finish.
