Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. 22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)An all-round great experience.<br>From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.<br>Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.<br>Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!<br>Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.<br>Thank you all so much to the whole team.

6th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered... after a moment I got a text message: "Sorry, I can't talk right now", so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can... never received a call. I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day... yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc. I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing. Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min... of course there was no answer... after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because................ HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min... I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days. I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars. Have a good day.

He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. He was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.<br><br>What stood out most was that we always felt we had someone who genuinely cared about making all things happen , rather than simply going through the motions.<br><br>Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and having Matt supporting us made the experience considerably easier and less stressful. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
