Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively.    I just wanted to share my recent experience with this firm. We are from Surrey and were looking to relocate to this area.We booked a viewing and were met by Steve. Not only was he super accommodating during the process of actually trying to fit our schedule around his but he went above and beyond our expectations. The property we went to see wasn’t the ideal fit for us so Steve then suggested another property we might be interested in. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at along with transport links making suggestions on areas we hadn’t really thought about. In fact he made everything seem seamless that we drive away much more in tune on what we were trying to achieve. Steve was personable with so much depth to him that we wanted to find a property just so he could manage it all without us giving it any second concerns!    We recently sold our home through homes partnership. From the initial valuation and meeting with Paul we were very impressed. The photographs, 3D tour and write up were great they secured us an offer in a quick time frame. Such a friendly and positive team to communicate with.    Ralph James were super right from the get go. Orla, Jasmine and Nicky were always friendly polite and a real help when it came to bouncing ideas off them. They have a wealth of knowledge between them when it comes to the property market goings on, especially for niche properties such as mine. They communicated efficiently with other professionals such as the solicitors and our onward chain. Even when things looked like they may not happen they remained positive and had a calming influence.
