After 2 purchasers dropped out on the sale of my mothers house they maintained the energy necessary to take the sale over the line. Well done.

I deal with various agents all over the country incuding london where some agents dont even pick up phone or respond to e mails. Jeremy and his team are thorough, reliable and have a real sixth sense for what they do.
4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

Buying and selling houses is not an easy or especially enjoyable process, but both Mark and Jonathan exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to alleviate this. They were the ultimate professionals throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use this local, friendly and trustworthy company again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

A temporary repair of a large pothole was carried out quickly and the entire parking area was resurfaced and parking spaces remarked in 2 weeks. A huge Thank You on behalf of myself and the local Community, Great Job!
