After living in their previous home for 50 years, this was a huge and emotional step, and the kindness shown by the team made such a difference.<br><br>Right from the start, Harry was patient, thoughtful and incredibly considerate. He took the time to show them around several properties, never rushing them and always making sure they felt comfortable. My dad was very poorly at the time, and Harry’s gentle manner and understanding meant a great deal to us.<br><br>Throughout the process, my parents needed a lot of reassurance, and Harry, Hugo and Caroline were always at the end of the phone keeping them updated, answering questions and easing their worries. Towards the end of the move there were a few stressful weeks, and exchange and completion had to happen on the same day. This caused a lot of anxiety for my parents, but the team at Kent did everything they could to move things forward and support them through it.<br><br>We especially wish Harry all the very best in his career as an estate agent. His kindness and thoughtfulness have been outstanding, and my parents often commented on how lovely and reassuring he was. He was always happy to take their endless phone calls, never making them feel like a bother, and his calm manner really helped them through a very stressful time.<br><br>My parents and all of our family are extremely grateful for the care, patience and professionalism shown by everyone at Kent Estates. Behind the scenes they are going above and beyond on a daily basis.<br>If you want to be able to instruct an estate agent and be confident you can leave them to it, use these guys.

They were very approachable, with excellent communication from both Jeanette and Nikki at all times as the sale progressed. We completed on the sale just 8 weeks after it went on the market. They found us the correct buyer, who coincidentally was the first to view. I can't recommend them highly enough.
